Donation, And Actually being the owner of the server is different spartan. As I said, I payed for the server, and that means server is mine.
And As I payed for the server as owner, Server Is mine, AND I own the everything about the server. But as I excepted, You and Death have a tendecy to **** up with people that helped you until this very point.
Me and Soul decided to put you as a Co-owner, if not you would of just been some moderator or admin, or even player. You volunteered to pay for the server web. There are no strings attached with that. You were going to abandon the server regardless and start a S.T.A.L.K.E.R server, the server is not important to you anymore since you do not own it, never have owned it, and never will own it.
I can see that you are inferring towards Soul, Chaos, Syvs, etc leaving when we decided to go with a new staff plan. One the staff plan never went into action because it was too laborious to use. Soul left because people were accusing him of leaving the server etc. Since a pact that was signed without my knowledge Chaos, and Syvs left with soul. There was a lot of stuff that went on behind my back and a lot of stuff that i probably still don't know about. I try to keep the server going in the right direction, if people get thrown out its for the server's sake not my own agenda. The community that has worked hard to keep this server up have decided that they did not want you in power any longer. That was not my choice.
Why us?: I really like Fallout3 and I came across this server ^.^

You are still, and still changing the fact that I pay for the server, So server IS still mine. What you do here is bluntly stealing someones work ans saying that "It was never yours.".
Your example is far too extreme to be used logically. You pay for things in your house, are they yours? Yes. You (might have, I don't know it could've been a gift) paid for your computer, it's yours. Obviously through that logic the server is Web's as he indeed paid for it.

No the key point is that you volunteered to pay for it, it was never discussed that you had exclusive rights to the server's name, and map.
Volunteering is doing something for free, there are no strings attached. Just because someone gives money to modder for him to operate does not mean that the person owns the modder's code, name of the mod, and textures of the mod. Unless it was specifically stated that giving said modder would give said person ownership of said modder's code, textures, and name.
I wish i could pay you back for the money that you spent on the server, but i'm not exactly made of money (IE have no money at all). The time on the server that you shared with everyone should be enough.

Say a company pays someone to build something for them,
The builder does not own said building upon completion(or during the build for that matter), it belongs to the company that paid them, and the builder got paid and therefore is ok with this.
Why us?: The Fallout server I used to play on closed down, and I need a new one to play on.
Did you read the rules?: Yeah, Save The Mojave and all that.
What is your RP exprience (No */10): 7/10 I've played Fallout 3 and New Vegas and all Elder Scrolls titles, minus the first two.
IC:
Name: Doyle "Upriver" Campbell
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Skills: Explosives, Science, Power Armor training(former Enclave member)
Personality:Collected
Looks: Long dirty blonde hair, tall, as of entrance to the Wild Wasteland world wearing a dirty vault suit from a dead vault dweller(read backstory for story)
Backstory(At least 2 paragraphs): A former Enclave member, Doyle left what was left of the Enclave in what was pre-war Toronto, Canada after his father's death in a Vertibird crash. Other members of the Enclave became suspicious of him, and broke into his room to read his journal, where he wrote plans of his escape. When they confronted him, he ran. He ran into the interrogation room, took the first article of clothing he saw(which happened to be a vault suit taken from already dead interrogation victim, and headed out to the world. He decided to follow the first river he saw, in hopes that it would leave him to civilization. 3-4 hours into the journey, he slipped on a rock and fell into the river, washing up near a Great Lake. He was found by a hunter from a local town, and taken back there, where he was called 'Upriver' by the locals. He decided to settle down in the town, and worked repairing the local bank and bypassing the Old World security system, thanks to skills he learned with the Enclave.
Eventually, word traveled to the town about New Vegas and it's Pre War glory, and Doyle left with a caravan to head there.
He later split up with the caravan, and through his travels encountered the mostly intact remains of a Enclave Eyebot. Plagued by curiosity, he dedicated all of his free time to rebuilding the bot. After dedicating nearly 6 months to the bot, he was able to access it's logs only, where he discovered it was on it's way to a Enclave base with a recon report of the surrounding area. After a few days of pondering of what he should do with this info, he in the end decided to go to the base himself. After all, it must be deserted by now. He entered the base at night, using the usual Enclave passwords and tricks to get into the supply room. While there was no sign of life, there was no signs of prospectors either. Perfect. As he checked the first locker, an alarm went off and gas flooded the room. He awoke later to find himself in an interrogation room, much like the one he got his vault suit from, long ago. "We found a helmet in your bag that would naturally belong to a member of the Enclave." the speaker rasped. "Care to explain this?" "It's my father's." Doyle responded. "Your father?" "Yes. My father was stationed in Toronto." "So..." "Yes. My father was Enclave." "Then welcome to your new home."
Doyle stayed with the remnants in this base, assisting with computer tasks, and eventually being tasked with the role of explosives and breaching specialist.
Rp dialogue (At least 1 logical paragraphs): The man walked into the village, his vault suit dirty and patched up, the moonlight barely illuminating his path. He stepped up to the first house he saw that looked occupied and knocked on the door. Knock. Knock. Again. After a few minutes, he got a response. The door flew wide open to show a elderly woman with a bedhead. "What do you want?" she shouted. "Uh" said Doyle, stunned. "I need a place to stay for the night, is there a bed for rent around here?" "That two story building up there with the orange sign will rent you one for 20 caps, good night" she responded, slamming the door and bolt locking it. As Doyle walked towards the bed he hoped to be sleeping in tonight, he thought of how much 10 caps would set him back.
The original application was denied in the first thread due to power armor training rules, so I added a paragraph to put my character in the Enclave, it's boldened.
Please Please Please stay out of this issue its beyond you its a who has the right to what and web got voted out like a buisness said man loses claims and and is out
I am allowed to voice my opinion on the matter so I am. And for the love of everything please please please use proper spelling, grammar and sentence structure.

wow i just didn't want a flame war........and i get **** for it........
Who said anything about a flamewar? They're making (illogical) points and I'm refuting them with an actually logical point. I'm not running around here throwing insults around. Not every argument on the internet needs to degrade to name calling. I'm stating my opinion in conjunction with my responses to their arguments.
Zim, Zim, Don't forget they're going on ''idiot'' logic. They just can't handle conmen decency.
No need for you guys to be commenting on a something that is between me, death and web only. Even if it is "Idiot" logic, it is a problem between two people.

It clearly isn't between just you two if other people who aren't myself are also commenting and taking your side, strange that you don't tell them that this is only between you two.
