Why do you want to be a staff(2 paragraphs): i want to be a member. i have wanted to play on an mmsupernaturals server for over 6 months. big fan of universal monsters and i want to play a dracula.
How can you help (1 paragraph): i am only interested in playing in a faction, building a fortress and battle. i am civil, and always set good example for other players.

Why do you want to be a staff(2 paragraphs): I want to be staff to help the online gaming community play , and follow the rules on this minecraft server. Ive ran a couple of servers myself in past times , but they were not as succesful ue to lack of funds to keep it running for more than a year.
How can you help (1 paragraph): I think I can help the server by enforcing rules , not too strict , and keeping the community going on the server.
How long have you been playing: I have been playing minecraft since Alpha 1.2.2
What will you do if 2 people are arguing: Stop , Listen to their arguement. And then decide if I should let them work it out on their own , or if I need to intervene. I would then procee to hear both sides of the story and then help work something out ,so that both parties are at equal terms.

Why do you want to be a staff(2 paragraphs):
I feel I should be staff because I have been playing this server for a long time. Over this long time I have got a feel on the players themselves like and how they like to be 'governed' I guess you could say. I have high understanding on the supernaturals plugin, and MCMMO, therefore when a player does not have as great knownledge as me on the plugin, I may, will, and can help them understand not only the plugin themselves, but how the server is run.
The second major factor of why I think I deserve staff is because I am a very friendly person. I love helping people, and I am a decently skilled player, so I can help players achieve higher goals on this server, and become 'superpowers'. I also have a decent understanding on what the players like, and what they like to hear. With those qualities I will be able to decide the best decision for the 'ending' of the argument/discussion.
How can you help (1 paragraph):
I can help by helping players, obviously, but I can help the players in ways most can't, I can help them achieve items, I can help them understand the game of Minecraft better all together, and I can help them understand the plugin very well.
How long have you been playing: Like... Since a week the server came up.
What will you do if 2 people are arguing:
I will see what they are arguing about, if it is just nonsense, I'll tell them to take it to whisper. If it is about something about hacking, I will inform someone like TheRickBoy, and he will handle the case from there.
If they are arguing about raiding, I will politely ask them to stop, if they don't I will warn them I WILL mute them if they don't stop. If they don't stop, a 1 minute mute, if they continue, 5 minutes, and it keeps multiplying by 5, but if it reaches where it's an hour, I will talk to TheRickBoy so he can do the more 'severe' punishments.

Why do you want to be a staff(2 paragraphs): I wish to be staff beacuse i am very famiar with all the rules/Supernatural power plugin i am fairly confident i can not only help the server but help the players and other staff on The server i have held tons of staff positions and have never abused my postion in staff. Im done raiding/trash talking while im a staff member. I will do nothing but help Madmanjr and bronze eagle do there job easier there is an influx of new members latly and they have had to say/do alot. i can offer time and dedication to the server considering i have been on it for almost a month. I am willing to do any job except admin. admin is to much work. and i personally cant play while admin so i would like it if i could be either a mod or a helper And even a event cordinator. all these position would suite me well due to the knowledge i have on the server i have flexable hours/Time To be on a good quality in me is i am homeschooled so i can be on in the mornings.
How can you help (1 paragraph): I can help by offering a player a friendly experiance to come into as well as a helpful enviornment for new player with alot of Questions. i am skilled in game and with knowdlege of the plugins. i am super active and willing to do anything for new people. With my knowdlege of the rules i can also stop the abusive nature at spawn. PEople have been spawn camping and ill be able to stop that. also i have Very good speaking skills. I think ill make a great staff here on Realm of Althalos.

What will you do if 2 people are arguing: Ill kindly ask them to stop arugeing in chat and to please move into a provate conversation. if they refuse then i will mute both of them then ask them again to plz go to private chat. if they refuse i will have to mute them for 10 min so they can calm down.
Additional information: Im done with all the raids/Trash talking and im here to help the server more. I Really fill like the server is getting bigger and an enflux of players are gonna come i will do anything needed in the staff position (except Admin). well, I have never had this problem and have only been banned once. So That can't be it. Also i've been on many other servers just today, so I'm really not sure...
