Why do you want to be a staff member?(2 Paragraphs):
I want to be staff so I can help the new people get more interested into the game. I want for everybody to have an enjoyable time and to want to come back. I've been helping new players with information whenever possible. I would want to be a helper or mod because I'm a nice person and I want everybody to have as enjoyable a time as possible.
I have run my own server before, but it was only for me and a few friends. Because it was just me and a few friends I was in control of all kicking/banning. I would say that this counts as enough experience in being a mod or helper, but this is all up to you to decide. The server was bukkit so I am familiar with most of the commands.
How can you help (1 Paragraph):
I can help by providing an extra helping hand to both "newbies" and the more experienced players. I am generally a very knowledgeable person when it comes to MineCraft due to the amount of time I have played the game. I can be able to help others with anything while the other staff members are busy (Right now during the world event I am helping anybody who is in need of help). I can probably play 1-4 hours during the week and almost an unlimited amount of time during weekeneds (maybe not the next two upcoming weekends due to schoolwork).
How long have you been playing:
I've been playing MineCraft in general since before Alpha v1.1.2_01 and I've played your server for about four days now. In those four days it has been a very enjoyable experience.
What will you do if 2 people are arguing:
I will have both of them message me privately. I will try to figure out who is at fault. If this is not possible I will politely ask them to move their argument to private messaging. If they fail to comply I will mute the offender for 5 minutes.

Well, you want us to include you in it so... TheRickBoy, I still want to create baby kitties with you. I also hope you seriously take my application into consideration.

Also, sometimes when there are very few people on the server and someone's spamming or spawn camping or whatnot, it would be nice to have a temporary kick ability. What will you doif2 people are aruging: Most likely tell them to shut up and get over it. It's a hardcore PVP server, so most complaints will likely be responded to in this way. enjoy minecraft and it is sad when others destroy this experiance by scamming,
hacking... etc. I think it is important to help stop the people who do this.
I also enjoy playing want to help build modern and interesting structures.
I hope to add some of these structures for others to use.
I have rune my own sever before but it was small and only had 10 places but i know all the command
so it should be enough experience.

I also hope to add to the player experiance by making sure there is no cheating.
I enjoy helping the newer player, who have not played the game before. I can go on most evenings for 2 hrs
I can help more advanced players to who struggle with new commands and technequeis.

What will you do if 2 people are arguing: I will ask them to message me privatly and see whos fault it is. Then i will ban that person.
If it unclear whos fault it is I warn them to stop and if they still dont listen ban them both.
