Why do you wish to become a Moderator?: I would wish to become a moderator because i am one of the most active members on the server and I like to help people out and would love to help the admins in anyway i can. And to keep the bod ones out.
Have you been playing for more than a day?: Yes.
Somebody is complaining that they're getting SpawnKilled, what do you do?: I check to see if he is really spawn killing the jail him if that dose not work kick him. And if that fails i will ban him and tell the first admin i see on about it.
There are reports on a particular player using hacks; how do you deal with the situation?: I will investigate and tell the admins immediatly i see one on. And if it is obvious very obvious i will ban him and then tell and admin why i banned him.
A player is using excessive offensive language / racism! What course of action do you take?: I will warn him if that dosnt work jail him then mute him then ban him and then tell an admin why i banned him.

There are reports on a particular player using hacks; how do you deal with the situation?: do some undercover investigative stuff. or figgure out whats going on and deal accordingly

i fully understand if you do not want me as a mod, but it did seem as if you were short a few, i thought id just pitch in my two cents.

Why do you wish to become a Moderator?: To be honest, I belive that this server has grown a lot in a short amount of time - but I still feel like it could grow more. There are may improvements that could be made, like the spawn town. It pains me to look at that, no offence.
What will you bring to the server as a Moderator?: As a fellow server owner, natually I have a huge amount of ability to both welcome and help people into the server. Thats not all, though - I see that you guies have a webpage. I can program in CSS, Javascript, and HTML (Web languages.) As a added bonus, I am a skilled builder.
