I would like to inform you all about something that has been on my mind for some time now.


I would like to use this opportunity when the server is down to tell you that i resign my position both as head-mod and as admin on Elmes server!





I will not go into specifics about my reasons to why on the public forum since its not relevant to the thread,however i can answer questions directed to me personally.

I have not spoke to Elme about this yet since hes most likely very busy and is unreachable at the moment.
The position as Head-Mod and admin is presumably open,but that is up to Elme to decide.

I will still be playing minecraft,but on another server that im now running with some friends.
Ill pop in every now and then to see how things are going,but my main focus will be to run my server.





I would like to thank all of you guys,both old and new members for all the good and bad times we've had and i wish you the best of luck in the future.

I hope I seak for everyone in that, you have been probably the best admin I have had the pleaser to meet/play with. Glad you helped this server get up on its feet..Now you are to the next to help the next get on its feet!! Hope you can come and check up on us every once and a while. Mabey come back and build that SkyCity III you were talking about :wink.gif: I hope you can always think of us as your favorite server to have been administrating :tongue.gif: Through the ups and downs of this server and its players it was nice playing with you Sinn and seeing how the community came together and developed. Was a pleasure playing on a server with the best dang Co-Owner ever!!
EDIT: Sorry that you are leaving Sinn. On a different note. Not that my opinion has any sort of matter at all so people don't bash me for my opinions. Of the talk of head-mod(If I have a saying...which I don't, just throwing cards on the table) I vote Mr.Will be Head-Mod or Trig :biggrin.gif:

ps: whenever any of these damn people build something it makes my stuff look like crap, so please make less complicated stuff to make my stuff look AWESOME, cause its like "oh look at this, i made a nice house with a balcony!" then a minute later someones like "come look at the replica imperial starship and airport i just built!"

Sad day get back from a week long vacation (RAGBRAI) to find out Sinn is leaving and the server is down! Oh well... Since I just kinda quick scanned the forums do we know why the server is down and a guesstimate of how long it will be down?

I really appreciate all your kind words and it is with mixed feelings i leave the server.
So many great players and wonderful times,and good friends made :smile.gif:

But as a last little sign of my appreciation i will give you a little nugget of information that i got from speaking to Elme last night :wink.gif:

The main reason the server is down is unknown,Elme has been working his ass of for 2 weeks and has had no time what so ever to keep the server running.
Good news is that hes looking at some free time in the coming week so he can try to fix whatever is wrong with the server to get it back up :smile.gif:



Also,just to let you know that the future of mc.elme.dk might be a little stranger then you would think :wink.gif:

Well, the server is still having some trouble and I still have a bit of work to do, but tomorrow is a day off, so I will probably fix the server tomorrow. Sorry about the wait :smile.gif:

Wode i feel a bit insulted you didnt take pictures of the good stuff :sad.gif:. This server i have taken 38 diamond blocks +another 2 stacks of diamonds. I have also griefed a couple sky citys. Anyways this server has terrible admins/mods because they never get on. It took 3 days for one to get on i even told everybody i was stealing. Anyways another bonus Wode those 64 diamonds i gave you, were stolen. This server definitly needs more admins.

I see that a few people here think we need more Mods because lately no Mods have been online. However, that's just it, no Mods have been on lately, because the Mod class is having problems and doesn't show up.

Because of all the problems the server has been having, the Mod class is broken. I am not a Mod right now and (edit)not all of my commands work. Elme has been very busy but I messaged him and he is trying to fix it all so just give him time.

And Wode I appreciate your failed posted picture links :smile.gif:

Oh time commands and godmode, how I miss you....

Guys the servers map will probably get either reset completly or rolled back so all the griefers are just wasting their time because its all getting reset, the mods will get on more, the plugins will work, and all will be good. This is just a bump in the road. With Sinn leaving and leaving elme to keep his personal self afloat and a huge server with 40+ people on all the time he has alot of work on his sholders and if you guys could give him a couple weeks I can assure you the server will be up and running and all you addics can get back to minecraft.

Sorry I havn't been on much I have been really busy with colledge prep and vaction and working I have not found the time to be on...So agian, sorry. I will try to get online and try to help out as much as a non-trusted vip can. :tongue.gif:
