As I've clearly demonstrated, your server is grievously vulnerable to itemhacking. I would recommend MCAdmin at the least, and make TNT/Water/Lava/Fire blocks illegal to place. A Whitelist and "active adminship" are clearly not enough considering the resources and expertise some users have at their disposal. I do applaud you for having server back-ups, though as I'm sure you know having to rollback does waste time and resources and loses work after the last back-up.
Be forewarned: I WILL be back under a different name to make sure you've corrected these issues. All-in-all though, a nice server.
