Sorry about dashing your hopes as to getting the last posts, but I'm going to talk to Az for him to get the server up. I'll see if we can do it like regular Az's at first, do that for a little bit, then talk about opinions and such for the server's future.I talked to Az, he said he's planning on starting up again very soon. If you want more details, talk to him.

How about someone hosts a server on an early version of alpha or something? I think that'll be pretty fun.

I mean, I was just playing a game of 1.0 with some random people on a vanilla server, and well. It was still fun. Perhaps if Az just launches a vanilla server, with all areas such as THE END and the nether, we would still have fun.

^Yeah except for the fact that after about 1 week the whole world will look like a big pile of ****, with lava and cobble towers everywhere.

Honestly if the anti-griefing rule was put back in, and PvP was optional in certain locations (maybe even griefing in deeper areas of the PvP area), I'd come back to the server.

I don't think there's a need to restate the problems with the no-mod PvP system. It sounds great in concept and such, but obviously there's a huge problem with enforcing exploits without mods (or moderators that have tools to actually detect exploits, or even a large enough player base to report problems).

I agree. But until Az puts it up, do we have an alternative?

Do any of you guys want to help build a town/city? Maybe something like that ocean city we built awhile ago, that only lasted a week or so before it reset. Towns seem to make the server more popular.

Edit: To Ooka and anyone else who saw the "Lightning bolt" in the ocean city, that was going to be a tower I was building that I never tried to build before, and I realized that I did something wrong so I stopped. I built this on a creative server and fixed the design, so I'll probably build this in the city depending on the theme. (Preferably the ocean city again, we never really finished it)

I was talking about this server, but it isn't up as far as I know. I was just letting the other people that were in the city know what that thing was, because I never told anyone. :tongue.gif:

I'm sad to see that the servers down, I had some great times here back in Alpha.

I think that mod was a success, what about you guys? Point is, I don't think we have much chance of the server going up.

We should all add Azrooh on Steam and scream at him to put his server back up.

Has the IP changed again or are they just not going to bring it back up? I've been playing on a faction server that I was a mod on, but I got banned because of a mistake with worldedit >.>
Since this server looks like it might not come back up, I'm really hoping Frontier will be back soon.

You guys are on the wrong server, the majority of az's server isn't on this Frontier craft server

I've moved on, dudes. Someone linked my mod earlier on, and that's what I've been working on, as well as I just became leader of a massive clan after the last leader retired.

I'll put up a vanilla server if there's no other good no-rules server out there, but maintaining a heavily modded server like I used to is out of the question.

Well that's depressing...
I guess I'll just run around on servers with deathbans expressing my anguish by murdering people. Atleast until I find another server, anyway.
