Just so everyone knows, if u were banned by someone u really wernt banned by that person. Someone was able to and i wont say how so you guys dont do this to other servers, log onto our accounts even azrooh's and had access to all the commands we did. With this they just started banning everyone until Azrooh went onto the server and shut it down until its fix. im sure he will probally post around the same thing and hopefully he unbans us. Just a thought incase someones account was hacked into like mine, we should restart server with a new map =P

Ok, It is good to see that this annoyance is in the process of being fixed.

Yeah, I would not mind a reset. Anyhow, I hope Notch patches up the name verification problem soon!

When will server be back up, I need to plan minecraft timing.

Azrooh you should put the server back up. All thats needed or frequent back ups, a mod ive seen that bans ppl with fake names, and demote all the admins/uber mods/ mods/ and mini mods. That should make it reasonable to play on with out being harmed by others.

Kang, problem with that is, what if the server's griefed while Azrooh's not online, and no one who can contact him is online? Then you've gotta sit and wait for the server to roll back, and then people lose things. Just trust me on this, it's better this way.

A note to all: There have been no renegade mods.

People have been logging on and impersonating them (name verification no longer works and the protection against people doing it was taken out).

So I have 3 options regarding the server.

1. Take away all mods temporarily
2. Make the server private temporarily
3. Take the server offline temporarily

2 is obviously the best answer, but since this server will NEVER be private, I'm going to have to go with 3. If you were banned, please contact me via this site - I'll need to clear your name from the banlist.

I've been on halo reach all week... what happened and who is banned?

I was on the server when people were impersonating mods and I was banned. When are you going to put the server back online?

When Notch gets name verification back up. I'll be monkeying with some settings without fear of disrupting 15 players inadvertantly until then.

So my skin is back. Does that mean everything will soon be back to normal?

How do you know if you were banned. What does it say when you try to connect to the server? Just wondering.
