Based on Minecraft's EULA:
"YOU MAY: sell entitlements that affect gameplay provided that they do not adversely or negatively another player’s experience and provided they do not give a competitive gameplay advantage. A competitive gameplay advantage is something that, given identical skill levels, time investment, and circumstances, can cause one player or group to perform better than another."
The donations don't give players an advantage over others that cannot be achieved through normal playing of the game or in-game money shop items. If you have a specific item that you're referring to in the donations let me know. The server is in no way P2W, I never ask anyone for donations and players don't need to donate to have the same experience as someone that has donated. Donating is purely to help with the running and maintenance of the server.
