Hi, I am currently looking for a Minecraft Server Host where i can host my smp that i plan to run with about 10 to 15 players on 1.19 when it releases. The problem is that i do not know what server host is the best so please come wirh suggestions on cheap server hosters (Under 20$ a month) where i can host my server 24/7 and lag free with a couple plugins like Grief Prevention, etc. I do know 4 server hosts that are good and in that price range and those are
Sparked Host (Premium, about 2$ per GB) provides premium servers for low prices apparently
Gportal: I can rent a 6 GB server on GPortal for about 11$ a month and it also provides for Mysql i believe
PloxHost: Extremely cheap, Provides for unlimited players and Mysql
The Minecraft Hosting: Cheap server hosting providing fast and lagfree servers appsrently
I do not know what to choose atm so if yoy had experience with any of these, please share your experience!
I currently have a server at https://ggservers.com/
I dont know what the prices at the other hosts are you mentioned, but aside from the site it self being slow (when i change the world or settings etc) the server runs good. I have not had that many people on though.. But you can always check it out to compair. They do support pllugins etc, also the support is direct and usually helpfull. Hope this helps, and good luck!
I have had Great Experiences with https://bloom.host. Raw Server power dedicated Cores are no joke and ssd's are Critical when running a huge map with multiple chunks loading and deloading
I'm in no way Sponsored with them. Just a friendly customer who has had a great time with their host
You'll want to prioritize stability and support for plugins. For example, checking out options like https://godlike.host/minecraft-free-server-en/ might be beneficial. They often run promotions that can fit your under $20 budget while still providing the necessary resources and support for a smooth, lag-free experience with plugins.
Highly recommend Gravel Host. Gravel Host is 100% the best choice in hosting providers. They are one of the first hosts to offer minecraft hosting with excellent prices, and a great interface. Support is wicked fast on their discord as well. 12/10
I've been running a Minecraft SMP for a small community of 5-10 players, and after trying out several hosting services, I decided to give GodLike a try. I must say, I'm incredibly impressed with the performance and overall value they provide.
Godlike.host is a great option for gamers looking for affordable and reliable game server hosting. The free plan is a great way to test their services, and the paid plans offer even better performance and support.
Don't just focus on Price
Because the cheap will always be expensive have fine print
or the technical support is non-existent or the Ram is old or they limit the CPU usage to 150% or all kinds of tricks that most people don't know.
I recommend https://layten.net/
quality price and good ping
they have good technical support and several locations and do not limit CPU usage.

Pebblehost is pretty good also :]
Gg servers are good and a 6gb plan costs 18$ a month so i may consider it
My friend used pebble on premium but said it was pretty laggy
Bloom looks good
It says i can create additional servers, does it require me to share all the gb or does each server get 8 gb?
it shares the ram but you can just create one big server with the 8 gigs
Why not host it yourself?
