Welcome to Serendipity. The goal of this network of whitelisted servers is to offer an experience unlike any other. I ran Serendipity two years ago and it ran for around 3-4 years before that. We stopped the network due to a lack of interest in our members. I have gotten back into Minecraft again and would like to give it another shot. We are completely non-profit which means any donations given through our patron will be put back into the server. We are currently running on a dedicated server, with plenty of resources to run at least 3 servers without a flaw.
The process to join our community is simple. Join our discord and apply. We will review the application carefully then offer you an interview if you are able to sit down, we will just have a 1 on 1 chat. Could be about Minecraft or anything. This is just to get to know you better. After the interview you will be asked which servers you will play on, once you have chosen your servers, you will be whitelisted and given the IP address. The rest is up to you. If you want to build a city made of diamonds, that is your choice. We will be running at least one vanilla server and one FTB server.
Each of these servers will have its own features. We will take a vote once we have a group of people ready to play. Once the vote has been cast, we will set these servers up for you, and boom. You are free to play. We do not ask for donations, I can support the server myself, but anything you donate through our patron will be put back into the network.
