Hello everyone! I'd like to say this right off the bat: this is an SMP for small YouTubers, mostly younger people, who mainly want to make lots of one off trolling/challenge/etc videos on it, and is geared towards that. However, it is still very much a survival SMP and while you have the ability to go into creative mode, you shouldn't use it for anything other than preparing very specific items or lots of materials for videos.
That's the basics, but I will go into more detail now.
YouTuber SMP
This is an SMP for small YouTubers who want to make semi-staged one-off (as in, you don't have to watch every video before it to understand it) videos on it; kind of a mix between rekrap2 and Doni Bobes, or any other YouTubers like those.
However, it is still a normal survival SMP when nobody's recording a video, and you shouldn't go into creative mode then.
Continuing from there, yes, you do have permissions to go into creative mode but you should only use it to prepare any materials for a troll or video that you don't have. I can check to make sure you haven't abused it in multiple ways, so please, don't abuse any commands.
When anyone is recording a video, you are expected to follow along the best you can. For example, if you've figured out how someone is trolling you, you shouldn't necessarily do anything right away unless it's blaringly obvious or they intend for you to notice. Also, please don't swear when someone is recording or streaming unless they say you can.
Simple Voice Chat (proximity chat) is installed on the server, so you will need to install that as well.
And here are the basic requirements:
You need to be 13 or older. This is simply because it is against Discord TOS to use their service while you're any younger than that.
You need to be at least semi-active. You don't have to constantly be on the server playing survival, but try to join if someone is wanting to record a video, especially on the weekends.
You need to have a mic and be able to use it at least some of the time. I say "some of the time" as I myself can't talk in many occasions.
You need to have a YouTube channel (exceptions can be made). It doesn't really matter how many subscribers you have, but please put a decent amount of effort into your videos and editing them.
Finally, everything above is just general guidelines, not strict rules; exceptions can be made. The biggest things to remember are to have fun, not abuse commands, let people know when you want to record a video, and let other people record videos.

I apologize if this post sounds extremely serious, I didn't intend that.
