A server inspired by Dream SMP, with a little bit of Hermitcraft sprinkled in. This server is based for content creators, meaning most players on it make content, whether they stream, or make videos.

This server is striving for more story driven rivalries, and events.
To join Odyssey, all you have to do is submit a google form telling us your youtube/twitch, why you want to join, you discord (including the numbers), and if you would be willing to participate in the server stories and rivalries (make sure to read the rest of this forum first)
All content creators can bring a plus one on to the server
Odyssey is fairly new, and only just recently had a war, so joining now would mean you have a good shot at being a big part of where we go next.
THE RULES OF ODYSSEY SMP (don’t be intimidated by the length, many of these rules are for the chat, texture packs, and mods)
1.) ALL HACK CLIENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED (crazy rule, I know)
2.) Voxel Map is allowed, but with a few restrictions :
2a. Cannot show players or mobs on minimap (this includes ALL mobs, hostile or not)
2b. Must disable cave mode on Voxel
3c. Must ask someone if you can waypoint something of theirs
Asking someone if your allowed to waypoint their base/structure
3.) Don't steal or damage other people's things
3a. This rule can be bent for content and/or role play
Stealing someone's prized possession for a storyline
4.) No hate speech, bullying, harassing, sexual solicitation, or threatening others
Putting a swastika in the chat or naming any of your items to it
5.) Respect People's Opinions
5a. Don’t force an argument with someone about beliefs, ideals, or politics
6.) Texture Pack Rules
6a. No texture packs that reveal enchantments on armor or tools
A sword with a flame enchant shown to you as a sword with fire on it
6b. Texture packs fall into two categories; aesthetic, and utility. All Utility texture packs must be brought to a mod to be verified.
6c. There will be a list with all previous texture packs that have been allowed, before you check with a mod, check to see if the texture pack you want has already been accepted.
7.) Auto Clickers can only be used for afk purposes
8.) F3+B is outlawed unless at a mob farm or to find your lost items after you died
9.) Clients Currently allowed
9a. Bad Lion
9b. Fabric Loader
9c. Lunar
9d. Forge
10.) All content creators can bring on a +1 to the server (we would still need to interview them)
12.) Send a screenshot of your mods folder (if you use a mod loader)
13.) Baritone is not allowed in any capacity (auto mining, auto building, etc. etc.)
14.) Litematica is allowed, but also has restrictions
14a. Don’t use it to find out what’s inside someone's base
14b. Cannot use any form of auto/easy place
