I joined recently and it was a bit confusing at first but it became easy to get a handle on how to navigate to different towns and back to spawn. I've also been getting really lucky and I've been through multiple near death encounters, but I managed to get a diamond pickaxe and ten blaze rods without dying. I still haven't died yet!
