Ok so basically, my friend's server crashes when a player joins, after a random amount of time, never longer than 20 minutes. It is a Linux server that is running 62 bit java (we were instructed to use this) it has 16 gigs of ram and 4 cores. It is a virtual machine by VMware, and I do not have access to the logs as of right now. there will be an edit to this post by 3 days from this post being created. It is a vanilla 1.15.2 server, soon to be updated to 1.16. yes we have tried resetting the world and playerdata, and even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft on this machine. My friend has put 40+ hours into this server, and it still is not behaving. Please help. I was on the verge of smashing my desktop about 10 minutes ago over this. I am going to lose my mind if this goes on any longer. The only thing a client sees is the remote host error. pastebin here: https://pastebin.com/SWWPR0iW

edit: included error log and client-viewed error
No logs? No service.
The least you could do is be patient so I can get them.
The server is up and running, there's no error in your log.
Well, that’s what my friend gave me, so I’ll ask for the part when an error was created.
