When you first join you are welcomed in and everyone is always willing to help. Everyone is friendly and the staff team is great at helping players and hosting awesome events. This server has been my Minecraft home for many years and I love it!

I wandered a lot (a LOT) before I joined this server and unlike the others, I didn't quit after 20 minutes huhu. The community is really friendly, not too big and there's an amazing ambiance. The staff does a really good job helping everyone and is very responsive. So I decided to stay

I first joined this server with a group of friends in early 2018 and loved it, then for some reason, I stopped playing for about a year and missed the whole 1.13 world and rejoined and found that, although many people I used to see online frequently weren't still on, it was still the same server with the same kind of friendly energy which was reassuring because a lot could have happened in a year and it could have gone downhill but it was still amazing and it probably will continue to be amazing for years to come.
TLDR: this server is great and has been for a while and will stay great forever. 10/10
I have been playing on WinterCrest for a few years on and off. When the other server I played on shut down, WinterCrest became my new full-time home. The players are always very friendly and the staff is great! The few times (very few) I have run into problems with griefing or other things the staff has always been quick to respond and extremely pleasant to talk to. I eventually donated for a rank not because I wanted/needed the perks but because I wanted to support the server and see it continue on for many years.
If you are looking for a fun and friendly place to play and build without the worry of people breaking your stuff, WinterCrest is the place for you!!!
Although I played a long time ago, I recently came back in August. This server is full of amazing people who really care about you, and I couldn't ask for more. People know each other by name, and will welcome you back whenever you come online. The staff team is amazing and always helpful. You can rely on them for any problem you have on the server.

As a truthful review of the server, there aren't many problems. We do not allow ILMANGO or large redstone builds, as to keep the server with as little lag as possible. There are a ton of huge builds, ranging from incredible mansions to breathtaking kingdoms, to even a few malls and cities!
Our server also has teams you can join! These are made for people wanting to help the server without having to be staff! We are implementing so many new features with the help of these teams and we would absolutely love for you to join us!
Grief, hacking, trolling, and racism is NOT tolerated in any way.
Staff is made from all ethnicities and from multiple age groups, so there isn't just one point of view on things.
Different members of the staff specialize in different things! This is to ensure there's always someone with an answer to your question.
There are multiple people willing to help you with your problems, not just staff! Feel free to ask, even if it's just a "How do I craft this?" question.
This isn't just a server full of children, there's a ton of adults who play as well!
In case you and your child want to get on, or you are trying to see if this server is a nice fit for your kid, there's a /safechat option! This cuts out cursing and allows it to become a safer environment for any young ones, or people who plain out just don't like cursing.

Upon joining, I was instantly welcomed with open arms, and despite just joining, I felt like I had been a part of this community my entire life; I was instantly hooked. The entire player base is extremely caring, helpful, and kind. This server is unlike any I have ever been a part of, and that is because of the community and the staff team. The staff team is amazing at what they do. They ensure that all players feel cared for and that they are able to have the best experience possible on WinterCrest. The server is also amazing because it offers super fun events daily, along with custom quests and free perks that you can't find often on other servers. I am so grateful for the lifelong friends I have made through WinterCrest, and I look forward to many more years.
WinterCrest is very welcoming. It's way warmer than its name might imply. There is a great atmosphere of helpfulness and collaboration, strengthened by how the rules and rewards of the server work.
It feels like a fun and protected place to explore, learn and collaborate.
The staff is friendly and just, helping to steer everyone towards respectfulness. I'm happy that they give people a chance, act firmly when boundaries are clearly overstept and are just in dealing with appeals asking to forgive former kicks or bans. This is all very transparent too, I was surprised to see, which feels very democatric, ban appeals being openly visible on the forum boards. :-) It's very inspiring for me to see how this whole group atmosphere is maintained.
Next to the kind atmosphere there are also many talented builders out there, both those who create beautiful buildings, villages and landscapes as those who create clever contraptions, often creating supplies for the whole server to enjoy.
Honestly, i have been playing minecraft for ages and i haven't seen any server like this. It's unique and really enjoyable. The people are nice, the staff is so friendly and active, everyone help each other, i have the best experience that i think i won't find in any other server. There are quests which is really fun to do and there will be minigames, seriously, i would recommend everyone to join the server.
I have played on this server for maybe a month now and It is by far the Best minecraft server I have ever played on.
On all other servers I always get bored but on this one there are so many things to do. I have always loved playing on this server and I normally play for hours at a time. I have met many wonderful and funny people. Everyone is so nice to everyone. I even find myself inspired to give in game money to people. I once even told someone else to back off so I could give someone money to go to their death chest. Oh yah. Instead of losing all your stuff you have 24 hours to get to a chest and get it back. In all the server is so fun to play one and I have always enjoyed it.
Thanks for the nice review yoits_spade! Just to clarify though, deathchests actually last a whole month, not 24 hours! (Even better huh!) They're all listed in a GUI at /warp death

i do like this server,cause everyone is there to help you and tries to talk to you.if you need help or have a little problem,the mobs is there to help you find anything and solve it.I Have been on for months now and i dont get bored easily cause u can win fly potion and stuff and always have something to do.They update often! So you will not miss a think! Have mee\t wondeful people and i will still get on this server cause i love it! join our community to learn more! ♥
i gotta say, this server is unlike all others,a great community, nice and active staff, the buy-able ranks are not a scam(unlike other servers i've seen) and it has alot of features, everyone also helps eachother, and the perks, such as fly and nicknames, are available to all by finding it in a vote crate. you also have super rewards for voting alot! it also has a fair ranking system. its just a great place to stay for a long time and just make friends.
I've tried typing this 7 different ways already. So I'll just say it I guess. I joined almost 2 1/2 years ago, and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. I met my absolute best friend on this server, I'm able to joke and have fun on here without worrying about the safety of my stuff that ive worked for. I log on almost daily, to see my friends, the family I've found that is WinterCrest. Its worth every moment of my time, helping new players, chatting with older ones.

WC is a super nice and supportive community. I immediately liked the server and people upon playing and I love how helpful the staff are in resolving any issues that occur, though it's unusual to come across any issues!
I've been part of WinterCrest for a while now and i can honestly say that this has been the BEST server i have ever played on! Staff is very helpful and friendly and what's even better, STAFF LISTENS TO ITS PLAYER BASE ON NEW IDEA's! They are willing to make changes to be more appealing to the members and Natives (That's a BIG bonus). Thank you WinterCrest for making my Minecraft experience fun again!

When i found this server I was just look for servers to play on and have a few minutes of fun. I never expected to end play this server as
much as I do. Now it is the only server I ever play. The staff is very friendly and fun and the community is great. There is usually some
event going on so it is never boring. I would highly reommond this sever.
