I have played Minecraft for almost 10 years and have never been able to find a community to settle down in. In recent months I have been wanting to get back into multiplayer but can not find a long-term server so I thought the best way to be a part of a long-term Minecraft server would be to make one myself.
For this server I am looking for players that are interested in playing on the same world long-term and making it interesting for themselves while enjoying it with other players. There will NEVER be a world reset. In the server players are free to do whatever they want, personally I am learning technical aspects of the game so the server's direction will be technical. This does not mean you can't build or mine or do whatever you want all the time, it just means it's how I will make rules/optimise/decide for the future of the server (players will have their say in decisions).
I'm more interested in experienced players but if you seem like a person who will be a good addition to the community long-term you may still be accepted even if you're new to the game.
We don't have any rules because I believe that people have common sense, so instead I have a list of recommendations/suggestions:
Avoid duplicating items that are obtainable in other ways.
Try to optimise farms as much as you can.
We will schedule a time for the Ender Dragon fight so it can be a community event.
To apply for the server add me on Discord: Nayk#7541. You may use this format:
Why do you play Minecraft:
What are your goals in Minecraft:
Why are you interested in the server:
Which aspects of the game are you specialised in (if you are new to the game/haven't specialised just leave it blank):
How long have you played Minecraft:
Bare in mind that I am expecting a well thought through and thorough application, if you write a little bit on each section and don't make me sure of how you are as a player you will not be accepted.
I am hosting the server on CubedHost. The server has 1GB of ram and 12 player slots and is located in Amsterdam. The server will not have spigot/paper unless changes are made that make them more technical friendly.
