Lately at least 1 guy with multiple accounts (Claims he has 12) has been coming onto this Minecraft Server. The Owner himself isn't on very often but for his fans he made the Server anyway, unfortunately some other Person "kindly" posted the Server on a serverlist. Since then we've had a hacker infestation. At first they just B-hop and their pvp seems weird Overall. After that they take over the Server more and more, they are able to break through Claims, spam the Chat with weird numbers and letters and something like "(playername) is a pee pee poo poo" (These hackers are 100% messed up in the head) use all Kinds of cheats (not sure what Kind there are but definitely X-Ray and something they call "Tracer") and somehow manages to find one everywhere and I think he can even TP to Players without requiring permission. Also, obviously, he flies, especially when you're About to kill him and if there are any more pvp hacks/cheats he's 100% using them.
At this Point it's become so annoying that I simply leave the Moment this apparent new Person starts spamming the Chat, also I don't want to lose all my stuff I've spent Hours to get to the guy.
Back to the Question: What can be done? Are there Plugins to stop them instantly? Should the Owner just mod frequent Players to ban the Hacker on sight?
I'm honestly baffled. What's the Point? How are they fine with spending their times like this? One Thing is for sure: They are messed up in the head.

Not sure on the side of Plugins, Haven't seen what's available these days, Pretty sure there are plenty though for dealing with cheat clients. But moderators should solve your Issue really, Depending on how large the server Is.
(SideNote): Though a strange thing to say, people do have different ways of getting enjoyment out of things, Especially in video games. Whether that be cheating, Griefing or just generally being an annoyance, So I wouldn't automatically go with the assumption there's something wrong in their head, Least In my opinion. Though this is in no way an attempt at Justifying their Behavior.
