Neoartis is a colonies server, otherwise known as mini-factions. Neoartis is ran by myself, Hurstie Plays, that plans to run a organized, peaceful server. It will have one president, myself, that rules over all of the colonies and has the final say in voting. There will also be one vice president who is yet to be elected, who has the final say in anything discipline.
There shall be 1-3 people to a colony.
