Small note:I may have to edit this after posting, as the MineCraft forum's formatting is bloody awful. It glitches out randomly, and rarely does what you ask of it, without extreme attention to detail within the BBcode itself.
My previous posts about this were far more demanding; I have revised this and made it seem far less aggressive and controlling.
Important thing to note: I am a depressive, easily irritated individual who only desires acceptance. If you are unwilling to 'deal with', and interact with such a person, then there's no point in you reading any further. I will not change who I am and how I 'act' for anyone.
I simply speak my mind, exactly how it comes out. I do not adhere to social norms, nor do I generally respect other's emotions. I hide nothing and I value honesty and openness over anything else. For further information regarding my personality and other things, please see here.
Please read the below post in it's entirety before replying.
If you skim it, and suggest a server that quite obviously violates anything mentioned in this post, then you've wasted your time. The two games I play are RuneScape, and MineCraft... and quite honestly, I'm sick of searching for a server on MC. If I can't find one with this post, then I'll simply be heading back to RuneScape. At least RuneScape is a main game, with it's own servers, with people online who actually chat. >.<
So... this will be my fourth try since 2013, upon asking the community to display their suggestions to me. I've posted on reddit twice about it and several times on the Forums. I have dug through the PC servers list on the MC Forums and scoured "Top Sites", in search of a server that I would fit into. They all seem to be those rubbish Minigame servers, Faction/PvP servers, and alternate stuff like Prison servers. Then there's the "fake" vanilla servers that use Bukkit and Spigot; but claim to be Vanilla.
The things below are absolute 'must-haves'. If the server in question does not have them, then I will most likely not play it. The bolded ones are more important to me than the others:
McMMo.
Jobs Plugin.
Buyable 'ranks' with more /sethomes, and such via the InGame currency from Jobs.
No donations; if it has the option to donate, then it must strictly be for supporting the server, and receiving nothing but purely cosmetic things, such as a '/Nick'. No purchasable 'ranks', 'kits', 'fly' or any other such thing.
If it has a creative world, then players must be able to use "/gamemode" to switch between Survival, and Creative at will within the creative world.
If it has a creative world, then it cannot have Plots, and it cannot be a Flat world. It must be a world with rivers, mountains, trees, etc. Mob-Spawning, and Natural Regeneration must be enabled.
No PvP. (Debatable; if PvP is enabled, then there must be a rule prohibiting killing others without their consent.)
No profanity of any kind; period. (This includes disgusting builds and behaviour.)
Staff members who are online and actually do their job. (Not afk all day, and acting like trolls in '/vanish'.)
A small community of active players who actually play and chat. (Not afk all day and not gone for a week, then online for an hour. No more than thirty people.)
Players who are almost always chatting ingame via the built-in chat system; not on TeamSpeak or some other rubbish outside programme.
No Anti-Cheat-type-plugin. (All they do is cause Block-lagg. If staff were active and actually did their jobs by banning/punishing the abusers, there would be no need for such a thing.)
Usable TnT, and Creepers that actually do block damage.
No "banned" blocks. Every block must be placable.
No world-border, or any other such limitations.
If the server you are advertising to me is Vanilla, it has to be 100% pure vanilla. Not fake imitation vanilla such as Bukkit, or Spigot. The server ".jar" (or .exe) needs to be downloaded from the Mojang website. It cannot have it's Jar Signature invalidated by the modifications done to enable plugin support. This obviously means a few of the aforementioned things (such as McMMo) can be safely ignored, if the server you are advertising is Vanilla.
Something to keep in mind, is that I play servers almost entirely for the chat. If people are not actively chatting and have an open friendly demeanour, then I have no desire to play. I become easily bored and lonely when no one online is chatting. I absolutely despise 'Voice' chats and all other outside chat programmes. No Skype, no TeamSpeak, no Mumble, nothing.
I have owned and managed several servers over the years; one in particular was called 'WomboCraft'. It lasted from 2011 to late 2013, maybe early 2014. During 2013 and after that point, I found myself wandering around the Internet, in search of a server to play rather than manage. Every server I ever joined has asked me to become a member of the staff team. I am sick of being staff and I only wish to play; despite having said this on multiple occasions, some server owners have 'forcefully' made me Admin and such. I immediately quit and never returned to those specific servers.
Whilst I do enjoy some form of freedom that being a staff member gives, I do not enjoy the responsibility that comes with it. I would much rather have fun and play the game, instead of worrying about who is doing what, why this person did that, etc. I have typed out this last bit, to hopefully repel the snide remarks about how I'm too picky and I need to start my own server.
I have posted this on the MineCraft servers SubReddit as well, in the hope that it speeds up the search process.

Well, from my perspective you have two options and that's to either:
1. Start your own Minecraft server, but with stricter requirements to get white-listed so you do not get the "undesirables" on the server and you get to throw in your spice. The benefit of having an actual white-list that is not just a formality (unlike MCL) is that it will deter most "undesirables" and you will have players joining that are to be less troublesome. The downside of this is obviously server maintenance and community management, but most likely chance is you will have a small but active and manageable community.

2. Good luck with searching. :-)
Um... you do realise you replied to a thread I created in 2015, right?
You also seem to have no idea what you're talking about, lol. I've started my own server multiple times, and always went back to playing other people's servers. MCL has been the closest match to what I'm looking for, no matter how hard I look. If you would have bothered to search the discord server before posting here, you wouldn't have replied to this almost four year old thread with this nonsense.

Jokes aside though,
I am sorry for irritating you, I just wanted to be helpful. It is difficult for me to read a person's intentions. Unfortunately, Discord does not have a feature where it searches messages of users that have left a server (if there is, feel free to enlighten me).
