Character Information
Name: Wahl Miles
Age: 27
Race: Human
Physical description: 7', 250lbs of muscle and build. Wahl stands tall above most men, towering in general size. Hazel eyes are set deep into his square jawline, white teeth placed neatly in his mouth. His muscles are wide and impressive, he seems the kind of man who can break a watermelon between his thighs.
Screen capture of your skin (I recommend uploading to imgur and posting link here): http://imgur.com/v0YId5Z
Biography (Minimum 225 words. Most very fleshed-out characters have around 300, but feel free to use even more than that if you wish. Try and avoid clichés such as loved one being killed by bandits or the like):
Birth to 12 years old:
Born to a middle class family within Alann, Wahl was the firstborn within an ever growing family. Born to a leather working mother, and a father who was a captain within the military of Alann. Just a year after his birth, his mother began having kids again, populating the house and giving Wahl plenty more chores to keep up with. Quickly he grew to know the value of responsibility, and beyond on all else the love of his family. After just 8 more years, he had 2 sisters, and three brothers.
Once Wahl hit the age of 10, his family adopted a newborn into their home, treating him as their own blood and deciding to never tell him. They decided to name the child Cain, and quickly Wahl grew to love the boy. He constantly attended the young child, helping him learn to play and walk and grasp things. He was an average boy until the age of 12, when he first started his military career.
13 to 18 years old:
This portion of Wahl's life was different, though not much harder then helping care for a household of children. When taken in for his first spot of training, he already stood out. He, at the age of 13, stood 5' 11" tall, weighing 180lbs and much bulkier than the other children, and even some of the men. The spots on his face, betrayed his age and like his father he was terrible at growing facial hair.
He trained with almost all weapon types, though preferred heavy and pole arm weapons. Due to his sheer size and weight, not many of his training partners throughout any his training could withstand the blow from his wooden claymore or the pierces of his broad head spears. A terrible shot with a bow, he took to throwing things rather than shooting them, taking quite a bit of time to practice throwing javelins and stones. The first time he picked up a stone to throw was during archery practice. The other trainees were firing, with mixed levels of accuracy and occasionally making a snide comment about his lack of ability. In his anger, he picked up a small stone about the size of grape, and hurled it down range, putting a hole in the target dummy's chest.
Around the age of 16, he started fighting. Against whatever came his way, undead or raiding savages, they fell before him. He adored his heavy plate, and always had a certain plate armor that waltzed its way through his dreams. He was successful, spending the time others would take off to work, he trained and fought more. On the battle field, his immense size and weight allowed him to cleave through multiple undead at a time. He often trained with his father, and he loved this life.
Often times his youngest brother, Cain, would come and train with him. Cain was just as eager to fight as Wahl was, he wanted to be much like his older brother. Though, as the years went on, Cain become more hot headed. He preferred medium armor and a shield-weapon combo to those bulky weapons, he was quick on his feet, much faster than his older brother. Though, together they grew in strength and wisdome, learning from one another through mistakes and through deliberation.
19 to 27 years old:
This time in his life was basic. He was so wrapped up within his war, he nearly forgot about much else. He swore to stay celibate to increase his testosterone as to make him more aggressive during a fight, so he never took a lover or girlfriend. His closest companion was his brother, and they continued to grow up swimmingly. Though, as the years went by, Wahl felt the need to go train elsewhere, like he learned everything he already had to learn from that place, so he decided to set out for Enris with haste, though he was held up by something. Throughout this time, he gained yet another younger brother.
The day he was supposed to be leaving, just shortly after his 26th birthday, his youngest brother Joseph, who was just 11 years old, was found dead in the streets, cause of death unknown. In this sadness, he found his faith with Thaer, spending a lot of time within his temple and finding solace in his prayers to him.
What is your character’s main goal? (Motivation): To become the strongest warrior to ever live as to attain the ability
Strengths (Both physical and personality): He is very physically strong and heavily trained in the use of heavy weapons, pole arms, throwing weapons(Javelin and stones) and plate armor. While being very big, he isn't as slow as some might think either, his long legs and honed reflexes giving him the know how to react in time to most attacks. He is very level headed, even when those he loves are in danger and will generally not attack another person unless he is attacked or he is provided with legitimate reason to do so. He is not just a fighter, he is also a strategist, training underneath his father the captain. He is kind and loving, patient and giving, a lesson that was given to him by having many younger siblings.
Weaknesses (Balance out yours character's strengths with suitable weaknesses. Not knowing how to do something that is outside of your class is not a weakness. I.E. Not knowing how to use a bow as a miner.): While being large, it makes him a good target. He also is very honor bound to his beliefs, almost forcing himself to give out too much money or to do something dangerous because it is what is honorable. Because of this, it is also hard for him to lie, even if it would put himself at risk. Wahl, though is thoughtful, has a bad temper, getting him into trouble like the rest of his family. Along with this Wahl is not very well read due to his intense training, not having time to do so. Because of this, he may sign something without being able to read it over, (He reads at about the level of a kinder gardener.) Finally, Even though he may run fast, Wahl is not very agile at all. Climbing is a challenge for him and using smaller weapons is un-natural, and could be out-maneuvered by someone who is light on their feet. Due to a training accident, he also lost the use one of his eyes causing him to have a larger blind spot.
What is your character's personality? (Optional; use this field to note character traits that you feel don't fit into either strengths or weaknesses if you wish): He is very straight forward and blunt, not a very humorous person. He is haunted by the look of his brothers eyes as he shared very similar eyes to his, he hates looking in the mirror.
Bonus Language (Caro is free): Alanni
Character Traits (up to 7 points worth):
Orator(Free trait from list)
Simple Weapons Proficiancy-1-
Martial Weapons Proficiancy-1-
Light, Medium and Heavy armor proficiency-3-
Follower of Thaer-2-
(I also decreased his size a bit, as I do understand 7' 2" is a bit tall :P. I am always happy to hear any ideas you might have to balance him out more if this is not good :3. Last minute ded suggested I make him blind in one eye, and I loved, sorry for the last second change.)
Not bad, but there are a few things I'd like you to tweak before I can comfortably accept you. Your character is just too unreasonably overpowered. All of his "weaknesses" just seem to be either good things or things we specifically told you not to use as weaknesses ("Not knowing how to do something that is outside of your class is not a weakness. I.E. Not knowing how to use a bow as a miner.") You really need to balance this out, maybe by making him less large, or having an injury, or a personality trait that makes him insufferable, something to even it out. i look forward to your reapplying, and good luck.

Character Information
Name: Aine (awn-ye) nic Siobhan (shiv-awn)
Age: 21
Race: Human
Physical description: White-blonde hair in a casual ponytail slung over her shoulder. Blue-grey eyes always deep in thought. She wears a pack slung over her shoulder and simple, plain clothes suitable for travelling. She has a long and wicked-looking scar on her back, which she keeps hidden with her clothes.
Biography (Minimum 225 words. Most very fleshed-out characters have around 300, but feel free to use even more than that if you wish. Try and avoid clichés such as loved one being killed by bandits or the like):
As a young child, she had an insatiable curiosity. Her parents were some of the few literate folk of the Mistlands, and encouraged her insatiable appetite for learning. She was a fast learner, too.
Spending time in the Mistlands gave her a keen hearing, an ability to rely on sound as opposed to just sight. After all, there were times when you couldn't see at all.
From her father she learned of the tactics of the Mistlands. He had been outside them before and taught her the basics of other lands. This just drove her to further curiousity.
At fourteen years old she finally managed to convince her parents - after years of insistant wheedling - that she was old and mature enough to go to places beyond the Mistlands. She travelled with her father to the nearby land of St. Jessica, where he figured it would be rather safe. She was wickedly clever, however, and easily gave her father the slip.
She stayed away for a week before returning, having fully taken care of herself during that time. They both returned home, her father relieved, and at last she convinced them that no, she didn't need a parent with her.
So she left the Mistlands with a promise of constant letters and regular contact.
The girl returned to St. Jessica, but she did not linger there long. It was peaceful and beautiful, yes, but while she learned of religions she did not learn of her true burning curiousity: the cultures of other people.
So then she moved to Forezzie. There she began to explore cultures, but the nobility backstabbing was distasteful. She journeyed and she learned, passing from Forezzie into Beschwall and then into Mezenia.
The strange temperature and forest drew her. She dared her way into it. Experiencing a series of disasters and falls, she picked up a skill or two to keep herself safe.
In the jungle she managed to meet a wild Elf away from his tribe. They created a small companionship, and with begging and pleading he showed her his tribe. She was allowed to live there and she did, while she learned the language. But she was restless for more knowledge.
So with a language under her belt, she left. And no, she could not tell you where it was they were located, or how to find them. It was pure and utter chance that she found the one she did.
After her stay in Mezenia, she moved upwards to Horizon. This was a bad idea, she realized later, after nearly being killed by a tribe of Savages. It left her with a nasty scar along her back, one she kept hidden with clothing. But not all was lost: another tribe, one that cooperated with the Confederation, granted her amnesty for a brief time. Long enough for her to pick up another language, of course.
She headed back down into Beschwall (through Mezenia), and there she lingered to learn. She picked up the art of paper-making, and with much excitement she started to put pen to paper and create books. She began to write about all she had learned, and continued writing as she journeyed on.
She moved further south to the Crownlands, where she dallied only briefly before returning to the Mistlands.
Happy to spend some time with her parents once more, she still did not stay long. She had seen hardly anything of the world. So she set off to Rinion.
Rinion was amazing. There she learned so much, constantly exploring cultures. While there, she picked up Runic from a halfman who recognized her intense longing to learn and accepted it. Even Rinion, however, with its opportunities for learning, didn't hold her interest forever.
She boarded a ship and headed to the kingdom of elves, Arturan. She quickly learned that the Arturans and the Wild Elves she had met in Mezenia were quite different from each other (yet in many ways, the same). Staying there, she learned the language they spoke. She also had hunches of the darkness, and it seemed when she finally left it was her fleeing more than anything else.
She returned to Rinion. Something drew her to the port city, with all its cultures and the congolomerate of people. It was there she pursued her interests of music, and discovered how to play melodies.
But as drawn as she was to Rinion, she wasn't apt to stay there forever. So she boarded another ship and headed to Norland. However, the ship never quite made it to Norland. It crashed, and a few survivors along with herself ended up on Enris.
She feels trapped there, and the undead scare her like nothing else. She's not enjoying it.
At least she's safe. Ish.
What is your character’s main goal? (Motivation): She wants to learn and to travel. She enjoys exploring the world, and learning is everything to her. She writes down what she learns, too, so that other people may have the knowledge.
Strengths (Both physical and personality): Highly intelligent and a fast learner, her main strength is in her mind. She picks up on things quickly and knows quite a bit. She's very clever.
Weaknesses (Balance out yours character's strengths with suitable weaknesses. Not knowing how to do something that is outside of your class is not a weakness. I.E. Not knowing how to use a bow as a miner.): Physically, she is surprisingly lacking. She's not very fast, she's not very strong, and considering all the travelling she has been doing that's quite a surprise. Nevertheless at best she could be considered 'average'; at worst she's absolutely hopeless with an abominable hand-eye coordination. Oh, yes - and entirely CLUELESS with a weapon. She'll be able to recognize them, but using them isn't something that's going to go well.
Furthermore, her craving to learn leaves her with very little things mastered. She picks up things quickly, but never focuses on one thing long enough to master it.
What is your character's personality? (Optional; use this field to note character traits that you feel don't fit into either strengths or weaknesses if you wish): Intensely curious, wickedly intelligent, and a fast learner have all added to make her an eternal learner and additionally well educated.
Bonus Language (Caro is free): Mistspeak
Character Traits (up to 7 points worth):
+1 Keen Hearing (from being born in the Mistlands)

Have you read and agreed to both the rules and the lore of the server?: More or less
What is the definition of “Powergaming”?: Being too strong, too unreal, treating others as NPC’s in a way. A powergamer is usually stuck in the mindset that they are in a singleplayer game, and try to put themselves above others with their special snowflake status.
What is the definition of “Metagaming”?: Using real or outside knowledge to benefit a cause in the fictitious game. An example in a server such as this would be reading through other characters apps, knowing their true intentions, strengths, and weaknesses and then exploiting these upon entering the server.
What is the definition of “Roleplay”?: Simply put, playing a role other than yourself. Acting as your character would, making decisions not on what you would do, but what this character living in a land of fantasy and magic would do.
Who can use flymod, X-ray and other such clientsided mods?: Everyones encouraged to use more player models. But other than that no one, though I doubt anyone could stop Bae if he wanted too.
When are you allowed to cause the death of another character?: There must be a roleplay reason, and consent on both sides. This character must agree, and it must start with RP, and then delve into physical PvP if needs be.
When are you allowed to speak out of character?: When using double parenthesis, this is usually reserved for clarification of RP, not to start a conversation about how hyped you are for Fallout 4 in the middle of town square.
Do you have any previous RP experience, Minecraft or elsewhere? (Optional): Never. I’ve never even seen this server before, Andrew Nelson was played blindfolded.
Character Information
Name: Gunter. Pronounced Goon-tur
Age: 14 (28 in stupid human years)
Race: Savage
Physical description: Gunter looks stupid. Sometimes you’ll see someone walking down the street, and you’ll think “they’re confident”, “they look important”, or perhaps “I don’t want to mess with them.” Gunter is none of these, and never will. He is an ugly swamp green, with dangling appendages that seem to be out of his control. He’s a massive creature, and stands above others, but couldn’t threaten a child. He has a perpetual look of confusion and surprise, as if the trees were some magical creation he has never seen before. He is constantly moist from his own drool, something he seems to have an abundance of.

Biography:
Field Study Case 47: Gunter.
Not everyone is born equal. Some are great while others are destined for the slums, or for prison. But even among the dregs of society, each of the gods creatures has some talent. While one might not be the most athletic, perhaps they can recognize poisonous plants. Maybe they can worm their way out of situations, or recognize that raw meat should be cooked. Gunter has no such talent.
Gunter appears to be the result of Pridans simply not caring anymore. A chubby savage who claims to be half “little baby” which I can only assume means half-man. Not that any creature seven feet tall could possibly share any genetic traits with a halfman. Gunter is insistent that from this ancestor he holds a keen sense of knowledge about money and worth. This is hysterical as Gunter can’t count to five. You would think that by counting your fingers, you could get to five, but Gunter appears stuck on four. Anything past four is simply many. Idiot. The fact that he’s still alive shows testament to the generosity of nature, and the dumb luck that follows those that deserve it least.
Gunter can’t remember his past, which is not surprising as he can’t remember his own name half the time. He seems insistent that he was “born of stone, because me tough”. Yes Gunter, you share many similarities with the rock. He doesn’t realize that both a mother and father are needed, at least to initially trigger birth. Simply that all rocks are of him and he is of all rocks. He likes to spend his free time picking his nose and yelling about his “super mission to save all the women and babies”. Did I mention he’s horribly sexist?
After only two weeks I left him on his own because any longer would have resulted in me having an aneurism. Anyone else in his situation would die, but as he’s already survived this long, I fear he’ll wander into someone elses life and ruin it. If anyone finds him dead, please bring me his corpse as proof that there is a god, and he does care about the happiness of society.
What is your character’s main goal? (Motivation):
Gunter wish to save the babies and women from bad men.
Strengths
Gunter is strong though, and could probably punch a hole through a castle wall, if he could locate it. Although an defective in everyday activities, his ability to kill things is impressive. I guess.
Weaknesses:
Everything. He’s obnoxious, smelly, stupid, half blind, illiterate, and Gunter. I have written to my colleagues about making Gunter an adjective, but they insist “mentally defective” is suitable. I beg to differ.
What is your character's personality? He has no personality; Gunter is like a slab of meat. Gross meat covered in flies. Vegan meat, gross stuff.
I'm American but have noticed of lot of Europeans and Australians, however asking and actual European about how often they personally encounter other players would yield a more accurate result. But I think you should have no trouble finding players during your timezone. The map is large, but is mostly wilds with ruins/abandoned settlements, 90% of role-play and people congregate in the main city, which is relatively small. You should have no problem finding people to role play with if they're online, the town square and tavern are usually bustling. During events you'll be with a ton of others as well, and these server-wide events really add to the role-play and attract a ton of people. You'll have to make a new app if you die, but most characters don't die, its not a common occurrence, the most recent events kill toll is not indicative of the norm at all. Making a your first app is daunting, but if you need to make another one it should take no time at all. My first app easily took 2+ hours between researching lore, traits, and brainstorming, but my newest one took 30 minutes tops.
[EDIT: OH MY GOD THE BOLD FAILED AGAIN. J-just imagine it looks more professional than it does, a'ight?)

Character Information
Name: Gor'gor Korkin
Age: 12 (About 25 in human yrs.)
Race: Savage
Physical description: A rather short Savage, only standing at 5'5, Gor'gor has long, dangly arms which most of the time hang limp by his sides, nearly touching the ground. His eyes are about the same color as his teeth, dark yellow. He has a friendly face (well, friendly for a Savage, atleast) and normally wears clothes designed for Elves as regular Savage attire does not fit him. He also has two tusklike teeth.
Screen capture of your skin (I recommend uploading to imgur and posting link here):
Biography (Minimum 225 words. Most very fleshed-out characters have around 300, but feel free to use even more than that if you wish. Try and avoid clichés such as loved one being killed by bandits or the like):
Gor'gor has a convoluted past. He was born into one of the most violent human-hating tribes across the Horizon. To the shock (and horror) of the Savages, he was born a softie. He couldn't hunt, he couldn't fight, and his structure was too small and puny to envoke any fear into anyone. So he was cast out when the Savages decided he wasn't worth the food and water to keep alive. (Which didn't take long)
After starving Gor'gor was found in the depths of a forest by a group of Elves who were out on a hunt, they originally thought the Savage infant to be a trap, set up by the many vicious Savage tribes around the area. Eventually, though, they scooped up the infant and brought him back to Thaeron.
There he spent many years, (or rather, about ten) in Thaeron. Trying to make friends. Learning how to cook. (His idea of cooking was throwing things into a cauldron, lighting a fire below the cauldron, pouring water in, and stirring it up) Some think he isn't even a Savage, as he tries to avoid and occasionally gets emotional around violent scenes.
(I know it's a simple backstory, but I don't really think he needs any sort of extensive backstory. His life is quite simple. What do you want me to do, list the names of all the people in his original village?)
What is your character’s main goal? (Motivation): For people to accept him as a member of their society. Also, he wants to be the best cook in all of Enris, even if his meals taste like Savage dung. (Though most people say they would have preferred Savage dung after trying his meals)
Strengths (Both physical and personality):
* An experienced cook (Hint: Experienced does not mean GOOD)
* Friendly?...
* Not much else
Weaknesses (Balance out yours character's strengths with suitable weaknesses. Not knowing how to do something that is outside of your class is not a weakness. I.E. Not knowing how to use a bow as a miner.):
* Weak, and prefers not to fight
* Generally hated by other Savages for not being the Brute he is meant to be
What is your character's personality? (Optional; use this field to note character traits that you feel don't fit into either strengths or weaknesses if you wish):
Gor'gor is a softie, preferring to stay on the non-violent side of things. He's fluent in Savage from his first few years of being part of a Savage tribe, and often screws up trying to speak Common tongue, as he'd never been able to absorb the language, despite spending the majority of his life around people who speak it. He always means well, and he wants to make friends in the new world. He seems dimwitted by some as he can't speak the commoner language correctly, but he's not exactly dumb. Not smart either, but he's not dumb.
Bonus Language (Caro is free): Savage.
Character Traits (up to 7 points worth):
Chef - 2 - He can throw things into a boiling pot and stir it up, what more qualifications do you need?
Pack Mule - 1 - He has to occasionally carry around his large cauldron, and bags of ingredients around on his back whenever he gets kicked out of a building. (The smell is wretched, it happens more often than you think)
Merchant - 2 - He may have convinced one dude to help him cook. The dude only obliged out of pure pity for the creature.
Wrangler - 1 - He has a habit of picking chickens up and throwing them into the boiling pot. (Yes, without even skinning them. J-just don't ask if you get a few extra feathers with your meal)
Fleet - 1 - He's tiny. He basically HAS to be quick on his feet. That's the rule of roleplay. You're either super giant, and muscular, and slow, or tiny, and evasive, and fast. In all seriousness, he's quick on his tiny little feet from running around town trying to advertise his horrible cooking.

Name: Maylra Maltree
Age: 18 (28 in drow years.)
Race: Drow
Physical description: Maylra is a smallish Drow. Her only article of clothing is a skimpy dress she has had for years. She is about 5’10” and weighs about 119. She has a cute smile that goes good with her pink and white hair and discolored eyes. She looks exactly like her identical twin Aphyon.

Biography (Minimum 225 words. Most very fleshed-out characters have around 300, but feel free to use even more than that if you wish. Try and avoid clichés such as loved one being killed by bandits or the like): Maylra grew up in a small village in Alann with her twin brother and parents, taught to fight at a young age, like everyone else. Her brother and her were always picked on, being the only Drows in town, so they started pulling small pranks on the other children, laying them in a lot of trouble when younger. Her nose could always be seen in books about literature, history, creatures etc.. During one of their training sessions, two guards came up to her and Aphyon, demanding that they fess up. Naturally they confessed to stealing a sweet, but the guard said that they set their house on fire. They denied and ran off. When they got back to the house, they realized that their Mother could be dead. Only their dad… nothing else../ They searched for days but never found their mother. Her dad, after hearing what they ‘did’ from the local, bastardy guard, kicked them from his presence, saying that if they ever show their faces again, he’d cut their ears off and hang them above his fireplace. So they ran.
They hung around taverns and roadsides while traveling out of Alann. But she looked on the brightside of things, reading anytime she could and having fun with her brother along the way. Eventually, the set out for the isles. It would be a long and bumpy road for the two. but Maylra pushed through it.
What is your character’s main goal? (Motivation): To find love and to own some sort of tavern or book store.
Strengths (Both physical and personality): Her small frame allows her to be sneaky sneak; she has a very bright and happy attitude and can almost never be taken down from it;

Guy has fiery red hair normally covered with an olive green flat cap, but once he doffs it curls up instantly like wilted leaves longing for a drop of water. The stubborn locks refused to be shaped by the compacting pressure of the cap. His eyes are hazel and his face and body are of a pale mint green hue. He stands 5 feet tall.
He wears a peach-coloured tunic with brown trims and both arms are adorned with accessories: on his left arm, an archery bracer; his right, a blue-and-lime bracelet he looted from his ultimate find. He also has long canvas-coloured knee-length pants. On his feet are leather sandals dyed purple, a luxury gift for his 5th birthday.
Guy speaks Caro and Savage in a country drawl that is the norm in Dunkirk.

Biography (Minimum 225 words. Most very fleshed-out characters have around 300, but feel free to use even more than that if you wish. Try and avoid clichés such as loved one being killed by bandits or the like):
A few years before the return of the Scourge once vanquished by Thaer almost a century ago, in a small island near Enris Island (nicknamed Big Island), in a modest Savage village, out came Guylian-G’narg as his parents finally started their next generation. Guy’s ancestors (strictly speaking, his great-great-great-great-grandparents) are descended from Savage tribes freeing the Mainland after intertribal conflict half a century ago threatened their complete extinction. Exclusive tribal dialects probably extinct in Mainland are passed along families but the village chief gathered a petition to introduce Standard Savage to their grammar school after more and more Savages of different tribes are taken in.
The Savages of the village of Vysprl bear no vengeance to Cordolan and have integrated mostly with the general Enris community despite separating themselves off from non-Savages. Their nigh-unfading activeness is useful for guarding and in neighbouring towns or the Royal Garrison without worry of exhaustion compromising productivity. Their tribal roots have become more symbolic for Rhyfel ritual purposes. It is a commonality to risk oneself in a dangerous activity as a form of suicide for aging Savages.
Even in Guy’s village, the terrain of Dunkirk is very uneven save for valleys near rivers. Instead of building roads, the communities opted using the extensive river network in Dunkirk to travel around. With his parents constantly at other places to work, his father especially sailing back and forth to the western island for resources, Guy, then three years old, was taught by him to boat his way around Dunkirk. Every morning, he rides to the grammar school a hundred yards away from home. The forefathers of the villagers were mostly arcanists and built the school as a stepping stone in hopes that their children would follow their footsteps. Nowadays, this is obviously not the case for every Savage but dedicated students did move on to Leogarde Academy in Big Island.
As for Guy himself, it is every Vysprlite Savage child’s goal to finish their grammar school education before moving on to apprenticeships, work or the academy. Most unfortunately, just a few years into his birth, the Second Scourge re-emerged, starting from Big Island and slowly creeping into the minor islands. The island council settled on avoiding contact with any other islands to curb the invasion of Undead. Alas, Undead have appeared on Dunkirk but mostly at the coasts, in manageable numbers. While Vyspr tries to retain some sense of normalcy, the adults gave their all to fend off any tenacious Undead wandering further inland. Schooling was disrupted to make way for rudimentary combat and self-defense training for all of the villagers.
Guy had a thought, if Enris is really such a holy land, there should be holy treasure hidden within all islands after a History lesson. The tales of treasure hunting throughout Mainland enticed him to search for them in Dunkirk. If he finds any, perhaps it holds the key to prevent any future Undead from even manifesting at all. He started off with the small caves scattered around the island, a perfect place for burying at their dead ends. He didn’t mind “borrowing” a shovel for unearthing. However, the treasures seem to elude him every single time. Not even near the Rhyfel shrine; he got a telling off by its priest after being caught in the act.
The Undead grew slowly but steadily and the call for more attacks ended in children like Guy also trained in long-distance arms, not limited to a fatally-equipped slingshot. His favourite activity was rock climbing to the highest point he could reach and shooting the creatures below while they remain clueless and can’t climb through mere stone. This very point was also a cherished place for him: in one of his treasure-hunting misadventures, he found the remains of a dead adventurer, with a bag full of odds and ends but he set his eyes on the fresh tools and arrows that said adventurer failed to use. It was his first proper treasure.
Suddenly, without sufficient foresight from the people of Dunkirk, the Undead spiked in numbers overnight, slaughtering each and every person they come across. There were those who tried to fight back but the horde was too numerous and the brave souls met their end quickly. Only small pockets of villagers could get a proper boat to escape from the island and it was overrun with Undead. Guy woke up to this, seeing his Mother opening up the door and unsuccessfully attempting to fend off a group of zombies.
At his Father’s insistence, Guy gathered all the belongings he could carry into a giant canvas sack and made a sprint for Dunkirk’s one and only port. Desperate and knowing well that the village, the island of Dunkirk he called home is never a safe haven anymore, he got onto a small, one-person rentable boat. His father, knowing the only boat left is that, saw him off as he was beginning to be cornered at the docks. Guy paddled towards the nearest estuary of Enris Island, weaving through the numerous rivers to reach his destination, the capital Thaeron.
What is your character’s main goal? (Motivation):
Guy wants to escape from the now overwhelming Undead horde in Dunkirk and seek asylum in Thaeron, a new city, a new community, a new life. He also wishes to reunite with other survivors of the deadly incident once the Scourge has lessened.
Strengths (Both physical and personality):
Guy is an adventurous and youthful boy who doesn’t mind working himself off as long as it’s of benefit to him. He is also trained in basic combat and self-defence at a young age but mostly seeks out Undead, not used to the more complex behaviour of animals and not even stepping on the irredeemable line of ending people’s lives. Aware of his short lifespan but higher endurance, he strives to live it to the fullest before his remaining thirty or so years are up. He won’t let the time slip by.
Weaknesses (Balance out yours character's strengths with suitable weaknesses. Not knowing how to do something that is outside of your class is not a weakness. I.E. Not knowing how to use a bow as a miner.):
As a young child, Guy is not only naïve but he lives mostly under a rock, ignorant of Mainland affairs and having the vaguest grasp of what happened in Enris Island as reported by his father. Arriving in Thaeron and especially seeing its 99% immigrant population would be a great culture shock. If not getting along very well with non-Savages aren’t helping, Guy sees values as black and white and would instantly shy away from anyone he hears involved in devious activities.
What is your character's personality? (Optional; use this field to note character traits that you feel don't fit into either strengths or weaknesses if you wish):
Guy believes in superstition greatly and uses it as a guide to find the proper time, the proper place for treasure. He watches the star signs and the things he do that might cross into the superstitions he heard. His writing is horrifying and very rushed in Caro but more concise in Savage. Guylian retains the immaturity and pluckiness of children and likes to act cute to get on others' good sides.

Alright, I'm gonna accept your app despite the bio being below the minimum word count, because it was a pretty quality app, and you seem to know what you're doing.

This app was a good read! One thing that I will mention is that 'magic' is such a vague and nebulous thing that what your character saw isn't the norm, if there even is a norm for magic.

Pretty good app, though you seem to have gotten your ages mixed up. Your character would be 28 'normal' years old, but as a Drow, would physically be 18ish.

Character Information
Name: Rissa (Ree-suh)
Age: 47 (Young adult equivalent)
Race: Elf (Sea)
Physical description: Like most elves, Ris is tall and has a slender, willowy frame. She keeps her hair in long, loose curls and is a washed out cerulean. Her skin lacks the brightness of most elves, and appears rather sallow in the sunlight, perhaps an adaptation of her tribe.
Screen capture of your skin (I recommend uploading to imgur and posting link here): http://imgur.com/9pTi8aM
Biography:
(Hope this still follows the rules. I picked her traits and kind of catered her background to them, which turned her into a little sea elf. Let me know if the blue hair or gills aren't allowed and I can change it, I really wanted to incorporate the water breathing into her background!)
Ris hails from the jungles of Mezenia, and was a part of a small tribe along the west peninsula. Her tribe was mostly secretive, keeping to the deeper jungle in the wet season and preferring the sea when the climate became dry. The sea has always been a part of their culture, and over the centuries they have developed gills on each side of their neck to assist with underwater diving and living. This gift however, does not come without a cost, which leaves the tribe unable to cope with intensely dry climates, as they dry out easily.
Ris’ childhood was that of any other of her tribe, and she was taught from a young age to fish and live off the land. Like most elves, she has an affinity toward nature and thoroughly enjoys working in the garden or tending to crops. Being fairly secluded from civilization, Ris has had nearly no contact with other races, only having watched a handful of human farmers and various travelers from the safety of the tree tops.
The wandering travelers piqued a curiosity from the young girl, and Ris grew braver each time she would encounter one, even approaching a few. She witnessed the beauty of arcana from one especially noteworthy encounter, and promised to herself she would seek out magic for herself.
At 47 years, Rissa set out on her own for the islands of Enris, to seek out arcana and adventure.
What is your character’s main goal? (Motivation): To learn arcana and satisfy her ever growing hunger for adventure. Up until this point in her life, Ris has been rather sheltered in the jungles of Mezenia and is eager to see what else life has to offer.
Strengths: At her best, Rissa is incredibly focused and isn’t afraid of day’s hard work. She is well versed in survival and can easily thrive in the wild. Because her heritage, her body has adapted to living underwater and she can withstand the colder temperatures that are found at deeper depths of the ocean.
Weaknesses: Although tall, Ris still carries a lithe frame, some may even consider it frail. She is far from strong and unable to wear heavy armor. Because of her gills, she dries out easily and cannot stay in dry climates without water without risk of dehydration. Due to her upbringing, she is fairly timid and wary of strangers.
What is your character's personality?
Ever so curious, Ris is eager to experience the world around her. Combating this however, is a deeply ingrained sense of caution, which has made the elf timid and slightly wary of strangers. She knows little of the outside world, and nearly nothing about the finer aspects of blacksmithing and architecture. This naivety has fueled a fire within her, and she has made a point to experience as much of the world as she can. Once one gets past her lingering suspicion, she is a fairly bubbly individual, and mostly easy to get along with.

Character Information
Name: Jessica "Danger" Palmer
Age: 27
Race: Human
Physical description: Skinny, long black hair, one brown eye and one red. One of her eyes is red due to a nasty bar fight. Any time that Jessica gets angry, active, or her adrenaline starts to run her red eye becomes more intense, due to the blood rush and activity of the blood vessels in her eye.
Screen capture of your skin (I recommend uploading to imgur and posting link here): http://imgur.com/B1qgZmU
Biography (Minimum 225 words. Most very fleshed-out characters have around 300, but feel free to use even more than that if you wish. Try and avoid clichés such as loved one being killed by bandits or the like):Jessica Palmer is a cold girl From Rinion. She's had a lot of bad experiences and the scars to prove it, both emotional and physical. It all started out on a cold day when she was born. It was especially rough that day. Nothing went right that day, Jessica was born pre-maturely, but also eslewhere on the island, tribes started going to war with one another, and one of the flagships sunk for no discenerable reason. This string of bad luck started off her heinous life.
It started off poorly after her birth. Her family was cold and distant and cared little for her. To them, she was just a free slave. They only had to feed her and give her shelter, and thus they treated her as such. From a young age of five she was called from her room to work, eat, and go back to her room. If she disobeyed they beat her relentlessly, nearly killing her once or twice. She never met any of her aunts, uncles, or cousins. The only family she knew was her younger brother, Michael Palmer.
Micheal was an optimist. Even when his parents beat him he always had a smile. He looked on the brighter side of life even in the darkest times. He was shorter and weaker than her but was her best friend. Her only friend, really. Jessica always dreamed of removing him from the abusive situation they lived in.
After 10 years, the opportunity presented itself. She got free. She ran into the night, and tasted her freedom. She ran to the city guards to tell them of what was happening. But they laughed at her, and ignored it. So, she did the next best thing. She went into alleyways, crevices, and the sewers of the city trying to find someone to get them out. She did, some man promised to free Jessica and Micheal for a small sum of money!
Jessica agreed to this and went home. The next day she woke up and went downstairs to discover her "Freedom." She went into the kitchen and found the corpses of her mother and father in the floor. Both cut open, their inside having been fished out of their bodies.
Jessica panicked and hurried upstairs to grab Micheal and prevent him from seeing the scene. She picked him up and shoved his face into her chest. She ran downstairs and outside to the open air. She took deep breaths, hyper-ventilating and running into town. She ended up passing out infront of a general store.
Jessica woke up in an orphanage, where she told them she had no parents. Her and Michael lived there for many years. However, Michael quickly became sick. She went out to search for a cure.
She went to many different doctors, librarys, and mages. She desperately tried to find a cure, it had been a few years since he had gotten sick, and she learnt nothing of his disease. She started to drown her sorrow in taverns, lying about her age to get drinks. On her 18th birthday, she got especially drunk and threw a bottle at a large ship captain. This was a poor choice as the crew got up to beat her near to death, bursting blood vessels in her eye and turning it bright red.
She quikly tried to focus on her tasks after her fight. Her mind on her brother she looked for a cure she could never find. It was mere hours after she decided to set her life straight that she got word of his passing. The illness had taken over him and he had passed on.
She felt lost in a sea of her own depression. The world seemed to spin and she got incredibly dizzy. She stumbled around as if she was drunk, but she had been sober for hours. The world suddenly seemed so large, yet so small at the same time. She knew she could never go back, she didn't have a home. She needed to forget. She needed the tavern.
She went back to hard drinking. She seemed constantly drunk, until she heard people talking of a town on an island. A town called Enris. She followed the man home, and snuck onboard. She hid in a barrel of mead and rationed her "treasure" until she got there, only venturing out to find food. She made sure to stay constantly drunk until she arrived.
What is your character’s main goal? (Motivation):To find the purpose in life. Having lost herself when her brother died, she is on a constant venture. She knows there's some purpose, some reason, some thing making her live, and she wants to find it.
Strengths (Both physical and personality): She is very sterong, physically. Caring towards kids. She is unphased by what people think of her. She has a very strong stomach. She can easily take a hit.
Weaknesses (Balance out yours character's strengths with suitable weaknesses. Not knowing how to do something that is outside of your class is not a weakness. I.E. Not knowing how to use a bow as a miner.): Cold and shallow to the world. She's often too drunk to care. She's not easy to be a friend. She is very willing to get into fights. Chooses the recreational pastime of alcoholism.
What is your character's personality? (Optional; use this field to note character traits that you feel don't fit into either strengths or weaknesses if you wish): She misses her brother greatly and it often weighs down on her. Her mind is usually elsewhere on her past lives and a crippling regret. She desires to be friends with people, but it's hard for her to manage. On a lighter note, she is very free in who she talks to and who she loves.

Firstly, the biography could use some work on your character's journey to Enris, such as how she found out about it and how she travels to it. Also, having gills on elves is not part of the lore and that needs to be changed in your biography as well. After you've fixed those, you can be accepted
Avichi
The biography had me lost. It made little sense at the start and the events afterwards felt sudden and unrealistic. For example, Rinion is a port town so why was there a mention of tribes? Why would a flagship suddenly sink? I infer that you're trying to show that your character was born on a bad day but it does not fit well with the biography and only serves to confuse (the poor whitelisters). Weaknesses also need to be worked on as your character is rather high on combat strengths with little drawbacks to it so fix that too. Just a small point to note, you can have a unique human trait which you didn't put in.
Edited my app because I felt like it would be unnecessary to re-post the whole thing.

AslanTheLion:
Not bad, but there are a few things I'd like you to tweak before I can comfortably accept you. Your character is just too unreasonably overpowered. All of his "weaknesses" just seem to be either good things or things we specifically told you not to use as weaknesses ("Not knowing how to do something that is outside of your class is not a weakness. I.E. Not knowing how to use a bow as a miner.") You really need to balance this out, maybe by making him less large, or having an injury, or a personality trait that makes him insufferable, something to even it out. i look forward to your reapplying, and good luck.
Thank you for your input, I want Wahl to be balanced and I see where you are coming from. I hope this edit is better

When are you allowed to speak out of character?: If you use double brackets (()), when you need to discuss something OOC. But you should do it on the OOC channel. Or via whispers/messages.
Do you have any previous RP experience, Minecraft or elsewhere? (Optional): LOTS. Darn near 13 years under my belt, none in minecraft. So excuse my noobishness.

+2 Master Linguist (Wild Elven, Savage, Runic, Arturan)
+2 Scholar (she never went to Alann so no Alanni for her)
+1 Musician (from her time in Rinion)
(equals 6/7)
Due to being a human, she has the Talented trait, which goes towards 'roll'.

Bonus Language (Caro is free): Savage.

* An experienced cook (Hint: Experienced does not mean GOOD)
* Friendly?...
* Not much else
Gunter's pumped for a real cook. None of these baby women "chefs"

Strengths (Both physical and personality): Her small frame allows her to be sneaky sneak; she has a very bright and happy attitude and can almost never be taken down from it;

Character Information
Name: Guylian-G’narg @ Guy
Age: 6
Race: Savage
Physical description:
Screen capture of your skin (I recommend uploading to imgur and posting link here):
Biography (Minimum 225 words. Most very fleshed-out characters have around 300, but feel free to use even more than that if you wish. Try and avoid clichés such as loved one being killed by bandits or the like):

TheStonewolf/hadddock
This app was a good read! One thing that I will mention is that 'magic' is such a vague and nebulous thing that what your character saw isn't the norm, if there even is a norm for magic.

Welcome back!
LocalTree_
Pretty good app, though you seem to have gotten your ages mixed up. Your character would be 28 'normal' years old, but as a Drow, would physically be 18ish.

I'll be frank, your grammar in this app is fairly poor. However, Silver Gaming's nothing else if not a welcoming community, so I hope that you can improve with your time on the server.
