Upon reading through the backstory I will have to deny this application on account of an overall lack of information regarding the character's backstory; how they were able to get from Einar to Saphriel, what sickness had ravaged the land (there have not been any plagues in Einar for a while historically), how she ended up a pirate, et cetera. A lot of the backstory seems to be left behind in time skips, leaving information behind in a vague manner. The backstory as a whole will need to be reworked. Should you desire to rework and reapply, please post once completed!
Also, fix your meta-gaming definition, please. It is a direct copy of the meta-gaming definition on Wikipedia.

----IC Info----
-Character name: Conrad
-Character race: Half-Orc
-Character gender:Male
-Character age: 18
-Character occupation: N/A
-Character description (At least one to two paragraphs describing your character’s visual appearance.):
His skin is white, with a touch of green like the meat of an unripe apple. Wide, brown eyes are accompanied by dark circles beneath from lack of sleep. Rarely seeing soap or water, his oil-slicked bangs are tucked behind his pointed ears, with the rest is tied into a bun at his nape. His tusks peek out from his lips like two grains of rice. Above his tusks is a small nose; warped into an upward hook. The shape of his face is slim and pointed like his mothers.
Due to an early birth, Conrad was born underdeveloped and found himself to be slimmer, with less muscle mass than his average full-blooded Orc ancestry. Though he still stands fairly tall at six feet and two inches. It is possible that he grow even taller. The young Half-Orc carries more weight in his legs than his upper body, often wearing baggier fitting trousers, along with snug, long-sleeve knits tucked into them. On his feet are always a muddied pair of boots; creased, brown leather that had molded to his foot shape from constant wear.
-Character personality and traits (At least one to two paragraphs describing their personality traits and/or quirks.):
Relatively passive, having been beaten for a number of years whilst living in an Orcish camp. She kept him inside a lot, and when he was out, she was right by his side. Conrad upholds a level of respect for any and everyone, and can be rather cautious of upsetting or angering others unless convincing himself otherwise. Don't let this be confused with agreeableness.
Conrad is full of thoughts, often revisiting interactions he has with people (along with those during his past), worrying about his appearance, and does a lot more observing than talking when out and about. Sometimes he wishes that he could just forget how to think sometimes, and not ponder over what could've or should've happened. To curb his busy mind, he keeps his body busy as well. The time spent working the inn has helped curb his thoughts.
Sleep definitely isn't something Conrad gets enough of. He stays up til wee hours of the morning, but still manages to stay efficient throughout the daytime.
-Character biography (At least three paragraphs describing your character's history and experiences):
Conrad was born six years before the Pact War had ended. His Human mother, Amabelle, being enslaved a few months prior to this pregnancy. As her midwestern village was bombarded by the Orcish horde, and the young woman was dragged along with others alike. As the tribe journeyed on westward during the month of Cermie, her belly began to swell, indicating the presence of a new being within her. Conrad kicked and kicked, keeping her up most nights. As time grew, so did Conrad inside of her. She went into labor earlier than her past two births. A female Orc named Mogazgur was sent to attend to her only until the birth of the child. Along with this order, the tribe wanted Conrad taken away immediately, and for Amabelle to be disposed of. On the 26th of Ringara, she gave birth to Conrad; a chilly evening.
He kept silent upon exiting his mother's womb. Tightly clenched fists; a tense and angry baby he was. Despite his anger, Conrad was born underdeveloped. While longer than the average full-blooded Orc, he was scarcely underweight. His skin bared his mother's fairness, only leaving a whisper of the father's green pigment. A small herd of Orcs surrounded them once the half-breed was delivered. The others could smell his humanness. Some from afar even mistook Conrad for being a Human at first glance. Mogazgur urged the spectators to tend to their own, quickly bundling him with a thick wrap. As the crowd digressed, she asked Amabelle, "What shall you name him?" Unlike the other children she had seen around, she didn't find him to be /as/ frightful.. and she could never forget her firstborn. "Conrad.." she said. Mogazgur urged that she set aside Conrad for an Orc name. A Human name would only add more trouble to the list he was born with. They agreed on "Crol," which was close to her preferred Human name. The Orc attendee let the mother spend some time with her newborn for a short while, whilst away she gathered two black cloaks: one for Amabelle, one for.. another Orc, who shall go nameless. A dear friend of Mogazgur. He was approached by Mogazgur and given payment to safely transport Conrad's mother to Human territory.
The two Orcs rushed into her tent. Amabelle was still sweating from the baby she had just pushed out. Exhausted as she was, she didn't have a choice once informed on her fate. On they threw the cloak over Amabelle, now just a silhouette. The nameless Orc put his on accordingly, helped Amabelle onto his horse, and off they rode into the dark night. As they rushed by an old oak tree, the Orc snatched a branch from it's trunk and handed it to the exhausted young woman. "You need that, you must travel on feet some. I leave you there," he grumbled as his horse galloped. He took a road not many traveled, if you could call it a road. As they neared closer to Human territory, he slowed the horse and began heading outward toward a patch of large trees. There he helped Amabelle down to the ground, and jumped right back onto the stead. "You see fire. You smell. Head toward smell and light," he pointed in the distance before galloping back on to the path. Amabelle traveled in the direction she was given, slowly but surely.
Mogazgur promised to herself that she'd help raise the half-breed. Throughout her years she never managed to have her own child. The Orcs around camp paid little attention to baby Conrad at first. While alone with baby Conrad, she spoke to him in Common. She didn't want his mind going to waste. Not until he began walking and speaking. At age four he was struck by an Orc soldier for reciting a song in Common that his mother always sung, nearly killing the boy. Mogazgur often told tales of Conrad's mother to him, including the very song he was punished for. From then on he was treated much like his mother. He was forced to clean their bloodied weapons and shields like her, help prep food, and wash clothing. Not until around the age of six did he receive he get into his first fight, more boys began pestering him from that point. The Orcs would have the young males fight each other on a weekly basis. Conrad constantly struggled against the strength of his full-blooded opponents. He rarely forfeited and relied on time-wasting, and with survival he gained little respect. Conrad did result to biting if he was at serious risk. His days ended with many cuts and bruises.
Soon after making their way to Barkamsted, the Pact War came to an end. Mogazgur refused to raise Conrad alongside other Orcs; there they stayed. Getting used to life in Barkamsted was an annoyance for both Conrad and Mogazgur. He was often teased by children his age for his irregular skin color and tusks and such. Mogazgur refuse he fight back out of fear of unfair punishment. The two chose homelessness for nearly three years. They lived on the outskirts of Barkamsted, Mogazgur fended for the both of them. As time passed so did Barkamsted's social environment. The two soon witnessed and spoke with multiple Orcs moving to the area. Mogazgur kicked herself into gear and landed a seasonal hunting job. Each season's payment kept their bellies full with delightful, new foods until the next. With this job they were given a small, discounted room for rental at an inn. Around the age of sixteen he was gifted with a long-awaited growth spurt. Most of his teen years were spent in the rental room, writing away in his journal - poetry, minor song-writing. If not hidden away, he was forced to come out for each season with Mogazgur.
Since then, Mogazgur has left him to return back to Orcish lands. She adored watching Conrad grow as a man, but couldn't stand the city life any longer; her hunting being the only escape. She left Conrad with a small amount of copper to last, and reminded him that his mother is very-well still out there. Today he is still in Barkamsted. He hopes to find a bigger purpose soon in life - starting with a real profession.
-Please give us a short RP response to these two scenarios. (At least one paragraph for each):
You’re walking around the markets at around noon. There’s a lot of people around you, still gathering their items as they prepare to shut down their many stands. Suddenly you feel a gentle lifting of your coin purse as a child graces you and soon after they take off sprinting. You have been robbed:
Conrad glanced down at his waist as his coin purse was snatched, he scanned the sea of people and continued walking. His pace quickened as he spotted the golden head of the child bobbing up and down, nudging several people out of his way he attempted to catch up with the little thief.
"I'll have that back," he said as he knelt down and grabbed the child by their waist with his one arm, lifting them, and snatching back his coin purse from the tiny hand.
He lazily placed the child back down before scowling at them. He then continued back on his way, placing his coin purse in his front coat pocket as he glanced back to where the child had been caught. Nowhere to be found, off they went to steal from some other fellow.
You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. Upon further investigation you come across a grey-coloured wolf that appears to have its leg caught in a bear trap. Around it is three smaller lumps of fur, obviously puppies belonging to the trapped mother. Without help, they’ll all die, but wolf skins are quite valuable too, not to mention that the nearby farms suffer quite a bit from the wolf population:
Conrad knelt down across from the captured wolf mother and her pups, placing the underside of his forearm on his knee. The teeth of the bear trap were latched onto her leg like a jar to a seal. Out came a hellish woof, the mother lunged at Conrad before falling back on her side. He shot back, fell onto his bottom, and immediately stepped back a few paces. The tense young man pushed himself back up to his feet, and quickly placed his hands onto each jaw of the trap. He worked up a sweat as he pried the jaws apart, snapping them as other broken metal fragments sprung out, freeing the wild animal.
Your application was a pleasant read and was on the right track for the most part! However, you missed an incredibly important detail relevant to the lore of Saphriel. That being the 70 year long Pact War, which had only ended almost 12 years ago now ICly. It was only after the war had ended that any orcs would have been able to walk the streets of Barkamsted, for the Pact and Alliance were forced to team up against the cult who had orchestrated the war to begin with in order to gather enough resources to open the gates of Hell. Even then, relations were tense between the races and it would take a long time before more locals of Barkamsted welcomed the orcs and goblins. Due to this, it is impossible for Conrad's mother, Amabelle, to have laid with an orc in any casual setting while the war was still ongoing.
While not only will you have to change the circumstances of his birth to better fit the lore, I would also like to see how Conrad and his mother lived their days throughout the concluding days of the war. If you need any more information about this, make sure to check the lore on our Enjin site and message me if you have any questions!

-Character name: Lithril Thena
-Character race: Ash-Elf
-Character gender: Female
-Character age: 38
-Character Occupation (optional, note you still must talk to the lord about loaning or purchasing any stall/shop for your character if he/she would have one. This more or less helps us to better understand your characters starting skill set): Apothecary
-Character description (At least one to two paragraphs describing your character’s visual appearance.):
Lithril has the natural elegance and grace due to her Elven heritage on both sides and her striking blue eyes stand out from her light gray skin. Her white hair is long, nearly to her elbows, and is usually pulled up in a high ponytail. She is nearly 6’2” and always stands with immaculate posture, as she subconsciously tries to give people the least amount of reason to insult her. Lithril prefers to wear simple brown pants and a linen shirt of varying muted colors with a thick shawl in the wintertime.
-Character personality and traits (At least one to two paragraphs describing their personality traits and/or quirks.):
Lithril is rather quiet, preferring that no one speaks to her since all she got from her old city was hate and racism. When she is spoken to, she can be blunt and brusque, doing her best to get people to leave her along without being outright cruel. She expects people to say the worst thing possible and is genuinely surprised if she receives a compliment.
If someone is offensive, Lithril is slow to anger, usually opting to stay silent. Once her temper reaches its height, she tends to explode and can be scathingly cruel. On the rare occasion she can be pushed to violence, she can rush in headfirst without thinking despite knowing next to nothing about combat. Lithril is completely different when she is healing. She can be gentle, even nurturing towards her patients. She always does her best to heal them and keep them comfortable.
Lithril can turn a blind eye to other people being discriminated against since she tries to keep a low profile, but she will not tolerate cruelty towards animals. She will always take in a stray or free an animal from a trap, even if she risks inciting the anger of a hunter. Even with her Dark Elf heritage, animals seem to like her instinctually. Since Lithril is a natural introvert, she spent much of her childhood and adolescence reading. She learned Common from her mother, Aenwyn, and her fondest memory was reading with Aenwyn on a rainy day and discussing what they read.
-Character biography (At least three paragraphs describing your character's history and experiences):
Lithril lived outside a treetop city on the outskirts of the Black Forest. Her family was not permitted to live in the city due to the High Elves not tolerating their presence there, so they lived outside and were social outcasts. She learned to forage both edible and healing plants from the vast array of flora around her hut. Her parents, Aenwyn and Maluk, raised her together from their small hut. Maluk, her father, tended to respond to racist comments violently, not caring who got caught in the cross-fire. He didn’t seem to care much for Lithril or Aenwyn, just doing the bare minimum to provide. Aenwyn was soft-spoken and nurturing towards Lithril, often shielding her when Maluk came home in a rage because of something said by the racist inhabitants of the city when their paths happen to cross. However, it was Maluk who taught Lithril to forage for wild berries and roots, as well as the healing herbs that the Black Forest has to offer. Aenwyn was the one who went into the city to buy and sell as she was the only one of the family tolerated, even if it was just barely. They stayed because Aenwyn’s mother lived in the city and even though the infrequent trips into the city weren’t pleasant, they were tolerable. On the few occasions that Lithril did meet her grandmother, she was bombarded with talk of how High Elves are the superior race.
When the Pact War swept through her area of the forest, Lithril and her family packed up to join the slums on the outskirts of Barkamsted. She received intense racism and hate, since many of the refugees believed that valuable living space shouldn’t be wasted on an Ash Elf. Lithril had never ventured into the city in the Black Forest, and the racism she encountered in Barkamsted was more that she had ever dealt with. Her parents took all the odd jobs they could, Maluk specializing in hunting and gathering and Aenwyn took more domestic jobs. Lithril did what she could to help, but even races other than Elves knew she didn’t belong; thought she was an abomination. They were in Barkamsted for about five years before the peace, the entire time, Lithril experiencing far more racism than she had at home, where she was mostly secluded from the High Elves.
She struggled through the ends of the war and after peace, the Elves gradually started relocating out of the slums and into Barkamsted. It took time for her family to get a real house to live in just outside the city and during that waiting period, Lithril's family were often told that they should be the last ones to be allotted space by High Elves and, occasionally, Dark Elves as well. Luckily, the Human in charge of selling properties and houses was kind and Lithril's first realization that the whole world wasn't like the Elves. After the Ca'Liar attacked Barkamsted, Lithril started putting together a plan to leave; she just wanted to live in peace. A year later, she traveled to Falkvard in the hopes of finding a more tolerant, peaceful environment to thrive in and make a living off of her medicinal skills.

Lithril would whip her head around and would quickly spot the child dashing through the crowd. Without hesitation, she would take off running after the thief, silently sprinting and lightly pushing people out of her way. Assuming Lithril would catch the child, she would seize him by the arm and take back the money that belonged to her, leaving the rest.

Lithril would slowly approach the wolves, crouching. She would stretch out a hand carefully to let the mama wolf sniff, and, if she wasn’t too aggressive, release the bear trap. Lithril would use her medicine knowledge to heal the wolf as best as she could and care for the pups. If they required extensive care, Lithril would attempt to take the wolf and pups back to her house to care for them until they were well.

70 year long.. not 70 years since.. my bad! I can't read. Bio updated.

Conrad's backstory is a lot closer to what would be expected for a character, but I must note that it is very rare that any of the Pact would have taken slaves. Their numbers were overwhelming and powerful enough to have no need for mercy. This is said here on the lore page that we have for the orcs: "With the offer of greater, fertile and pleasant lands, both the Trolls and the Goblins agreed to follow the Orcs into war against humanity, and thus marched under one banner: the Pact. No life was to be spared, and through their brutal campaign they pushed close to extinction not only humankind, but the Elves and Dwarves also, through their need to annihilate the combined forces of the newly-formed Alliance."
Any victims who were taken in would only survive a relatively period, unless they had managed to escape or were rescued sooner. As such, it is unlikely that Amabelle would have been able to give birth and continue working as a slave for the tribe for very long, seeing as she is human. His mother does not necessarily need to die, but perhaps the two could have been separated only to meet later on in life if you don't want to change too much of what you have written again? Maybe an exceptional orc pitied her? The prejudice against Conrad as a half-blood though is very spot on, so props to that!
Just so you know too, the human language is simply referred to as 'common' rather than English.

I was a bit on the fence about reviewing an app over Google doc since it can be even more easily changed and deleted, but I can simply make a copy of it for record. And thank you for your input! We've been working on a potential timeline sheet that can give a better frame of reference for all the information that is clustered on the recent events lore, which will better provide information. Though if you are ever confused, the staff is always open to questions! Now, your application is...
Accepted!
Well done and simple, but very pleasant to read. I will note though that Johann won't be starting off with the greatest amount of protection from his gambeson, and his longsword will be considered worn down. You can designate the rusted longsword that you receive from the starter kit as this, but it will need some work done to it by a smith or such to return it to proper condition.
Thank you for all your revisions, as well as your patience! With what you have written now for the backstory, I find Conrad to be a very interesting and well developed character. I love all that you've added to it. With that, I'm pleased to say your application is...

My tail is pretty short too. My markings are quite plain, I don't have any. I've got some bright green eyes. The fur isn't long, I'm a short-haired Ca'Liar. At least I've got some real long ears. My ears adds two inches to my height. I always where thicker clothing. Some thicker brown pants with a blue long sleeve. -Character personality and traits (At least one to two paragraphs describing their personality traits and/or quirks.):
Well, I'm quite shy. I don't care too much about other people. My friends have tried real hard to make me stand still, but I vibrate too much. I'm always super cold. I also get startled very easily. I don't like surprises. When I get scared, I will charge at whatever scared me. I lose all control.
At least I can move with ease. When I was younger, when me and my friends played hide-n-seek, I was always the last one found. I have super keen hearing and agility, but I have trouble with my eyesight. When it's night, I can see clearly. But in the day time, I have a lot more trouble. That's why I'm nocturnal. I prefer the company of wild animals. They don't judge you on how you look. I would much rather spend more time with wild animals then with other people. -Character biography (At least three paragraphs describing your character's history and experiences):
My parents were some of the most well respected Ca'Liar on the island. They went to many political meeting. When they learned that they were having a child, they were really excited. They wanted their child to grow up and some day become the Emperor. But they didn't know that their child was going to have some problems. Their child came two weeks early. I was their child.
I was born a bit too early, only 2 weeks. Through that, I was shorter than the average small build. I kept to myself most of my childhood. People can be so unforgiving. It didn't help that I had horrible eyesight. Because of my eyesight, my tail got chopped. It happened with I was 8. I was messing around with my two friends and they thought it would be funny if they brought me to a butcher's shop to play. Me not knowing about this, went along with them. Now my friends got kicked out, but I stayed hidden. The only problem with my hiding spot was that, it was by some cleavers hanging on a wall. I didn't see them, so I ran into the wall and the cleavers chopped 2/3rds of my tail off.
A few years passed and I started to stay up later. I was about 14 when I noticed that I could see better at night. I was pretty surprised that I could see better at night. So, the next morning I asked my parents about it and they took me to a doctor right away. Now the doctor knew me pretty well, since I came there fairly often. I told him what I told my parents and he suggested that the sun may be the reason I have trouble during the day. He gave me some more medicine and that was that. I have been taking his medicine for the past 11 years and it hasn't worked. I got fed up with this, so I just stopped taking it. I started to stay up later and later. Soon enough, I became nocturnal. To pass the time, I would go out to the middle of jungle and just listen to the animals. The different noises gave me a sense of calm. Eventually, I befriended an owl. I named him Qa'Loa. After that, I have enjoyed the presence of wild animals.
Over the course of my existence, my parents started to lose their political power. And they were not happy with that. My father, Ta'Kiok, wanted to get rid of me. He thought I was the worst son a Ca'Liar could ever get. My mother, Dra'Yael, didn't want my father to kill me. She tried everything to convince my father. I ended up losing all contact with my father, he ignored me ever since I turned 15.
The people of the clan started to question me. They thought that I was a lazy Ca'Liar because I slept all day. Yet they didn't know that I got quite a bit done when I was awake. I helped keep the clan safe from wild animals. I took down the clan's harmful traps and put my own safe traps. Non of the animals got hurt and the clan was safe from them. During this time, Emperor Ri'Shaka started to come up with different ideas. Now, I just ignored them. I didn't care too much about politics. All I know is that he wanted to burn our race's history. Things started to escalate and I didn't want to be there when war broke out. I was about 20 when I left the island. I took a small boat and started to sail. Now, when I got into the boat, I didn't know that the sailing wouldn't be smooth. It was hard to stay on the boat, since I don't sail. I only crashed two times. The first time was on a small little rock in the middle of the sea. I was stuck on that rock for a few days, when a ship came by. These people weren't the nicest, but I just kept to myself. The second time was on that ship. It was late at night and I wanted to steer the ship. Well, I crashed into Saphriel. So, I did manage to get where I wanted to, but I don't have the best sense of direction, so I got there on accident. I always knew about more islands, but I didn't know that the Ca'Liar had a small island. I stayed in the forests most of the time. While I was there, my race declared war against the Realm of Saphriel. After those many years, I finally came out of hiding. -Please give us a short RP response to these two scenarios. (At least one paragraph for each):

I became extremely startled. Not thinking about what was happening, I jumped up onto the stalls and chased after the child. I couldn't see very well, so I fell in between the stalls. But I kept on chasing. Eventually, I started to regain my senses to find myself away from the markets at the entrance of a forest near by. I will just give up on what I was doing.
You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. I look carefully at the mother wolf's leg. Her leg looks very bad. I think about what to do for a few moments. I look into my bag to see if I have anything to give to the mother. There is some raw pork. I give it to mother wolf. She eats it up and looks at me with some hope. I carefully unlatch the trap and put some cloth around her leg. I had to tear off a bit of my shirt to cover the wound. I pick up the mother wolf and her pups. The pups seem happy that their mother is with them and the mother wolf gives me a little kiss. I take them to one of my resting points and nurse the mother back to health. It was nice to have some company with me. When the mother wolf was all healed, I made her and her pups a small necklace. Made out of my shirt and a little wooden carving of a wolf.
Extra notes (Optional, could include theme songs, pictures, etc.):
The OOC and RP examples seem fine, but I would like more work to be put into the backstory as some of it feels more filler than necessary. The trip between the Ca'liar's land of Einar and Saphriel is rather treacherous, and most small ships wouldn't be able to make a safe journey. I would also like a bit more work to be put into Li'Cha's time in Einar such as how the conflicts had affected him and his family. Please poke with any questions and whenever ready for another review!
Hey so I applied a while back but never got really that into it. Can I just apply again with a different character??? Or should I just hop into it with the same character as before?

You may reapply for a new character if you'd like, but you're welcome to continuing to play the one you have! If you're already whitelisted though you can do so on our Enjin site rather than here again.
I have made edits of those asked of me and am ready for the second time!
This application is Denied.

70 year long.. not 70 years since.. my bad! I can't read. Bio updated.

My app is on this google doc. If I need to take it out of it I will but the formatting was easier and more to my taste. A little side comment as well the current events really should be updated and made a bit easier to read. It was a bit difficult at times. Thank you for reading and have a nice day!

You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. Without help, they’ll all die, but wolf skins are quite valuable too, not to mention that the nearby farms suffer quite a bit from the wolf population.

Male
-Character age:
30
-Character Occupation (optional, note you still must talk to the lord about loaning or purchasing any stall/shop for your character if he/she would have one. This more or less helps us to better understand your characters starting skill set):
-Character description (At least one to two paragraphs describing your character’s visual appearance.):
I am skinny, pretty skinny. Yeah. I would have to say that my fur is a nice foggy grey. I am what my people would call a small built. I'm not too tall either, only around 4' 7".

But I kept on chasing. Eventually, I started to regain my senses to find myself away from the markets at the entrance of a forest near by. I will just give up on what I was doing.
You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. Upon further investigation you come across a grey-coloured wolf that appears to have its leg caught in a bear trap. Around it is three smaller lumps of fur, obviously puppies belonging to the trapped mother. Without help, they’ll all die, but wolf skins are quite valuable too, not to mention that the nearby farms suffer quite a bit from the wolf population.
I've made my (hopefully final) edits!
This application is Pending.
I just finished with the edits. I underlined my edits, so it would be easier to find. I hope that helps.
Accepted.
Welcome to Saphriel!
