Why would you want to be a tester?: From what I've seen there is an amazing thing just waiting to happen here as far as servers go, and I want to help be a part of it so that people will be able to experience it themselves
Tell us your story of how you got into the Exodus spaceship: I chuckle lightly. I suppose you could say I got lucky. Then again, luck only get's you so far. My name is Nathan. I am 23 years old and I was not selected to leave on the Exodus. for the most part, before the incident I lived a good life, made good grades, and graduated college with honors. In my free time I'd either be out with some friends partying or at home reading, but then the world was ending. Naturally, I decided to try to get on the Exodus. Unfortunately, I was not one of the people selected, though a dear friend. This is where my luck came in. To put it simply, my friend died. normally this would not b considered good luck, but for me it was. I did not hesitate to take his pass and use it to sneak on board the Exodus. Many could and probably should see me as a selfish ******* for this, but I do not regret trying to survive. For where would humanity be, if not for need to survive
Why would you want to be a tester?: I've seen tons of servers that have tried to make a post-apocalyptic server. And most have failed. After reading about this server I have decided this could be a server I would spend a lot of my time in.
Tell us your story of how you got into the Exodus spaceship:
I am Theodore Xavier, the first born. Son of Alexander Xavier, the son, of a son, of a son, of a son who was an immigrant who crossed from Mexico to America. My father dedicated his whole life to helping people and fixing everything he sees. But he took helping to far. He hacked into the most secured bank on the Exodus and transferred some of the money to the man he was helping. He got caught, that was the last time I saw him.
I read all the books the ship had on what Earth was like before the astroid came. I filled my brain on what ever Earth fact I found. And now they were sending is back down to Earth? Well, this is going to be a hell of a ride.

Why would you want to be a tester?: I like to break things But seriously I enjoy testing the limits of a system and am willing to reset at a moments notice for the good of the cause. Helping servers test things and assisting the developmental process brings me great joy.
Tell us your story of how you got into the Exodus spaceship: Quite frankly, Red had no Idea how he made it onto the Spaceship Exodus. He fell asleep one night in his car parked out in the middle of the dessert (for he had been a traveling entertainer) and woke up the next morning in a meeting room with a strange women he had never met before. She started going on about some meteor coming to destroy the earth and him going to board a spaceship or something. Quite frankly Red was more interested in the acoustics of the meeting room than he was in whatever this business chick had to tell him. Growing with frustration, the women remembered that this man just required a little push.
She snapped her fingers and shouted SGT MAJOR RED ATTENNNNN-TION!
Like a light had snapped on in his head, the former cyber soldier jumped to attention, abandoning the song he had begun singing to test the echo of the room. The woman thus began a brief version of the story as she had 5 more briefings to do after Red. After dismissing him however, Red returned back to his laxadizicle state and was shuttled through preperations to launch as one of the computer systems specialists, as well as a pseudo-survivalist due to his heavy survival training from the US Army. However, he had not used said skills in 7 years before cryo-rest when he was discharged.

Why would you want to be a tester?: I really enjoyed the description of this server and have been looking for something different than traditional minecraft. Tell us your story of how you got into the Exodus spaceship: My name is Professor Samulson, I am 127 years old but do not look a day over 36. I stand a little under 6 feet tall with an average build for my size. Ears are a little large but I like it that way, makes me unique and hard to talk behind my back (:p). I was trained as a mining technician in my youth and attended the Academy of Planetary Resources at the age of 17. I was hand selected for a special government mission to research a new fuel technology on a not too distant planet (top secret can't say where). It was during this mission when I learned about an explosion at a similar research facility. A colleague from my time spent at the Academy of Planetary Resources was on one of Earths great ships, the Exodus.
Not knowing what exactly had happened at that other facility I attempted to contact my colleague on the Exodus for some information. Before I could make the call our facility went into a red alert, and no this wasn't a training exercise. One of our deep mine probes had an accident. There was a MASSIVE explosion that practically ripped apart one of the moons (where the probe was located) sending giant meteors every which way! Gas leaks and fires started to spring up everywhere as one of the pieces of the moon hit near our facility on the planet. Two massive failures on two different research bases... This couldn't be a coincidence could it? I had to know what had happened. As we had retreated into the safety of one of the bunkers I finally had a chance to make a call to my friend. There was no answer. He was clearly busy. I tried again, again no answer. !BOOM! a second red alert and another one of our moon operations had exploded. This time sending meteors directly back to earth!!!! What was I to do... I looked across the bunker to see my boss smiling, was he behind this?! He couldn't be, we were here to research new fuels that would save humanity from the shortages that were plaguing it and allow us to travel as far into space as we wanted. I had to warn earth of the incoming dangers. As I approached him to ask what was going on he looked directly at me, raised his hand up high, clenched a fist and I blacked out. Next thing I knew I was looking right at some bright white lights, where was I? what had happened? I tried to get up but passed out again. Next time I awoke there was a man standing next to me. He was my friend from the Academy. "What happened I asked? Where am I?" "It will all become clear soon, you were in an attack. I got your distress call. We are on the Exodos"

Why would you want to be a tester?: SciFi is huge to me, I love everything futuristic, from Alien to Dead Space, and everything in between. After reading everything here, I felt this would be awesome to join and help test, so I decided to give this a try! I'm a huge Minecraft player, though Vanilla is just too easy, this seems like a real challenge, especially when it requires teamwork, which I feel is both awesome, and risky, because you never know if someone could turn on the group and try to take it all. That's the risk you take, however.
Tell us your story of how you got into the Exodus spaceship:
I am simply known as Soul, the Tech Expert, and the teams biggest asset when it comes to technology. I'm always the one who will be able to troubleshoot our technichal issues, and how to use technology, no matter what origin, to my advantage. Be it for traps, hacking, encoding, decoding, or simply trying to overload a system, I'm the person everyone on the team looks to.
We were out attempting to scout other planets, and after a very long, drawn out mission, we received a short distress call. It was from the Exodus, but it was far too faint to make out what was happening. Before we could put in a response, the signal was lost, so we set a course to the last known coordinates of the Exodus. Upon arrival, it was found in a rather damaged, nearly unusable state. Upon checking the records at a nearby barely functional computer, I learned a team boarded the Exodus in attempt to find out what happened before us, but we could find no sign of them. Shortly after while we were walking, a meteor hit the ship, and the rest of my crew was lost.
Upon waking up, I began to wander the halls, not knowing if there was any other survivors. After what seemed like hours of endless wandering, I heard something, and ran to the noise. It was the grunts of someone who I found to be unconscious! Upon closer inspection, I found it to be my good old friend Professor Samulson! What on earth was he doing here?! I noticed obvious marks on him that shown he was attacked and injured pretty badly. As time passed, he finally began to awaken. As he started coming around, he noticed me.
Professor Samulson: What happened? Where am I?

Tell us your story of how you got into the Exodus spaceship:
James X. R. Asgordan was born into a middle-class American family, in the most 'normal' town with the most 'normal' upbringings, but he always felt shy and slightly insecure. Growing up, he had very few friends. This was partly because of his antisocial behavior, and partly because he secretly felt he was above his peers in all pursuits of intelligence. Yet he was also the top of his class, and graduated as Valedictorian. He then received a scholarship to MIT, where he excel ed equally. It was there that he made his closest friends, yet he gave it up when the government recruited him for a special project. It was there that he met his future fiance, Margaret C. Thurgwood. He was recruited to be the director of X5-01, a secret division of the American military devoted to hacking and the creating of viruses to counter-act insurgencies. He is a software master and his programming skills would be incredibly useful aboard the Exodus, as well as on the new cities. Black-suited and muscular agents arrived at his home to take him and his fiance to the ship, and he of course readily agreed. Unfortunately, James's fiance had a strange reaction to the cyro. She shriveled up over the sleep, and eve the best scientists on the Exodus could not have helped her. James awoke to grief and pain, but nonetheless carried out his duties as Chief Technological Adviser, as by far the most skilled member of the team.
Now that there are no more cyber-wars to win, James has begun to focus a lot more on rebuilding our own infrastructure. He currently works on establishing communications between the cities, and in an odd way enjoys the apocalypse for what it did to strengthen our unity as a single world. He hopes to inspire and rebuild the populace by heading to Lost Hope. At the age of 33, James stands proud, if scarred, against the Wilderness that looms over what we have worked so hard for.

Why would you want to be a tester?: The project intrigues me, and I am looking for a community. I enjoy the concepts, and it seems to play on my tastes, I also admire the apparent dedication, and would like to revel in it.
