BackStory (Minimum 1 Paragraph):

Came to the Wasteland from the Southern-Michigan Wastes. Wants a new life and more adventures. Doesn't belong to any fractions, nor cares for any. Came from the Southern-Michigan Wastes after her husband, Hannibal died. After he died, she was lost without him. She did live with Hannibal in an old Enclave base, when "The Terroist" blew up her home however, she had to move to Hannibal's and Oli's Underground Lab. She quickly got bored of being cooped up underground, and when Han died, she, heartbroken, traveled here to serch for a new life, new friends, and a new home. The only things she has now are a few prized objects, some food, and some water. She doesn't have a home, parents, or anybody to call "family" or "friends." Since of the scarring insident where she was used of her kindness, she is very mis-trustful, blunt, and sometimes can be empathtic. Due to the radiation effecting her, she can sometimes switch emotions at the flip of a dime. She might act crazy, or do things that might BE crazy. She has a soft spot for those like her, those mis-judged individuals. She might even forgive or feel empathy to a future killer/crazy person, because she deems herself like them. She hasn't completely lost her mind yet, but sometimes she slips into daydreams and cannot foucs on the world around her. This has worsened due to her husband's death.

OOC Note: The reason why I wanted Radiation Resistance,Fire Resistance, and Health is because I was looking at the Fallout 3 perks, but if you wish I can switch them to New Vegas.

BackStory (Minimum 1 Paragraph):

Lucas was born in 2266, and grew up as a scavenger in the west side district of Vegas, and while it may not sound great, he thought of his childhood as a normal but extremely happy time in his life. Growing up he had a Loving mother, a hardworking father, and a thick headed but playful brother. His mother always enforced the ideals that even though they lived among raiders and mutated monsters, didn't mean they had to act like it. His father enforced that a man has no place among a community, if he does not earn his keep. Lucas may not have seemed like it, but he agreed with these ideals, and kept them as a sort of long lasting moral code. His brother on the other hand, was always rebellious towards his parents, and would make bad choices in the future, however Lucas grew up with this, and thought this was "normal" in a family.

In the year 2276 when Lucas was 10, his mother died from radiation poisoning, leaving his father at an all time low, and causing him to turn to drugs like psycho and turbo to ease the pain of his lost love. This forced Lucas to need to find work alongside his brother as a crier for the mick and ralphs general store in free side. And even though Lucas missed his mother, his only purpose to keep going at this point was to help his father stay attached to life. In 2278, Lucas' brother finally had a breakdown because of his father and left their home to join the north vegas branch of fiends. Lucas young, but not naive new the fate that awaited fiends, and knew that his father was already in his final weeks after the exposure to turbo and psycho had left him at the point of being a walking corpse, leaving Lucas to have to find his brother and bring him back.

When Lucas' father finally died 2 months after his brother leaving, He finally decided to go and attempt to bring back his brother, knowing full well he had nothing else to live for besides him at this point. That day he left with a suit that had been passed down through their family, and a 9mm handgun that belonged to his father. When he was going to the vault he took his time and made sure to stay hidden, trying his best to make sure he wouldn't get shot in the back. After seeing his brother at the entrance of Vault 13 he decided to attempt to call for him when the other fiends weren't looking. However, when his brother turned Lucas realized he wasn't looking at the same boy he had grown up, and before his brother even raised his gone Lucas had pulled the trigger of the handgun. Shortly after he was shot in the arm, and was left for dead in the fields of new vegas. That day lying in a pool of his own blood, he realized the world was an unfair place, and had only one thing left with him. The ideals of his mother and father. He decided that if he survived he would find a way to change the wasteland to a place where there was law and order once again.

When Lucas awoke, he was in a medical bed, at camp McCaren. Being informed that the bounty hunter little-buster, found him unconscious in the nearby fields when he was coming back from scouting the fiend motor runner, and rushed him back here. The NCR told him that he was lucky to be alive, but that they would give him a choice. Leave and die again, or join and fight for the NCR. Knowing that at this point he had no other place he said he wold go to train, and become a soldier to fight for them, despite his young age.

Though everyone thought he was a prominent soldier he still knew that even in the ncr, He would not be able to realize his dream and change the wasteland. He decided to move on and after the battle of hoover dam left to find his place.
