(ALL ON WINDOWS, Sorry no MAC) Well, the most swiftest possible option is Hamachi, https://secure.logme...oducts/hamachi/ , when you download it you basically make a new network with password and such and your friend has to download it and enter the network info. You also have to do stuff like take down your firewall but it's quick, and your friend might have to too. The ip you right click and just ctrl + c or just copy, the ip should be one of the 2 sets of numbers with a / between them. Other wise, the next option is 100% harder. You do stuff like hosting and I don't know, what I know about servers that are 100% Vanilla http://minecraft.gam...ing_up_a_server but the easiest option is to invite your friend over or somehow connect to the same internet wifi and make a world and find the LAN option thing. Click that and it'll say some stuff in chat. The lan server should show up for your friend below the actual Multiplayer loading bubbles ( o 0 o 0 o 0). When you mention premium, does your friend have premium or not? Because you can get a Cracked server, which is more involved in this hubble buzzle of computerness. Hoped I helped
EDIT: When downloading Hamachi, download UNMANAGED. Sorry for not mentioning
