Help! It's been about a week. And I've sent about 3-4 emails about custom plugin imports, maps, etc because I am starting a new server and getting all my special stuff in
But, Lloyd nor any team member has responded to any of my emails.
In my past 13 emails (within 40 days) one has been responded to.
The response was, "I am always helping with other servers so I don't have that much time".
I have had very good customer service with pocketserver, until then. I may be forced to leave pocketserver.This is VERY upsetting to me, and I want better customer support. Please get back to your normal selves, pocketserver.
Do you have to pay money per day? Or is it monthly or yearly?
Also do you have FTP access?
Payments work like a PrePaid mobile phone, you put money into your account and then each day we debit a small amount from it. FTP is available on our dedicated hosting plans - intended for more hardcore players, but the cloud service is intended for people without much technical knowledge and therefore does not support FTP.

Signed up yesterday, and the server works pretty good so far. Although we're having some major issues with work not being saved, and with dissapearing chunks. Fairly certain its just an issue with the current pocketmine build.
