I have been trying to cancel my account for a month now because I am having so much trouble with the server. Can't log in or players just get kicked out for no reason. I have emailed all the support departments available for the last month and no one replies. I keep get invoices on time though but that's about it. It really doesn't matter how good your new servers are or how the updates are done now. The customer service is horrible! It was great when I asked questions, but once I wanted to cancel, all customer services disappeared !! Still waiting for a reply!!
Hi Tigger! I'm sorry you've had a bad time with that. I check with my agents daily, and they take care of all support tickets on a daily basis. Did you send your emails to [email protected]? I'm sure they'd love to help you!
As for the issues, those are software related (all MCPE hosts use same software) Most of those have been updated and fixed, so it shouldn't be a problem (If Twitter is more convenient for you, you could also try that.) We're opening up a business phone line soon that will be for regular business hours, 9-5. That will hopefully be available soon.
