My review:
This is my first server to ever buy, and so far I have been very impressed.
Pricing: The prices are phenomenal. They outpace many if not most server hosts in speed over cost. My small, 2GB server has worked amazingly even on the heavy modded packs of Feed the Beast.
Control Panel: While I had managed one server before, fragnet specifically, I was slightly disappointed in the control panel. It seems dated, however will get the job done. The control panel doesn't hold your hand like others I have seen, so is for more advanced users that can use it to its full potential. I was also saddened by the lack of an easy plug-in installation.
One click mod installation is a blast. It makes server-preparation easy and simple. If a certain version of a modpack is missing, or a modpack in general is missing, sending in a support ticket will get it on there in just a day or two.
The support: My god.
Best support I have ever received in the history of ever. I have bothered those nice people so many times just today, and their responses were within 10 minutes to an hour every time, and they were always willing to help.
A server with great prices and 10/10 support is a great combo, even if the infrastructure was lacking for me. Server ran great by great people.

sadly my friends werent playing so i had to cancel my diamond package but will soon get it back since my friends will start playing now
ran great on ultra modded survival modpack and a few others i was testing
fast support was able to reply to my ticket in 2 minutes cant say that about most providers

I had a fairly large player base and because of all the issues a majority of my membership left the server for good. I spent 4 years gathering people to play on my server, and all I got in compensation was a couple days off my bill. And god forbid i'm an hour late paying for an ssd upgrade, I get my whole dang server shut down for it! I would not go back to that sort of company even if they paid ME to use their servers.
I love aim2game 1 gigabyte for $7 a month!! On my old host you couldnt get a gigabyte for $250. There are no rediculous staff names like Tanya peacock or Ty ragan there is real names and quality service. If you are getting a region fixer they let YOU give them the green flag. 10/10 service.

Following up with this - I've emailed you and also looked into your server. I only see that you had one for a month and then cancelled it. You had a single ticket during your time with us - and it seemed to be a very successful ticket, you walked away happy. This is going off your name, email, and variations of your email. As previously stated, I'd love more info - so that I can ensure I can change your impression of us in the future - and also so I can make sure something like it never happens again.
We have used Aim2Game since around the beginning of the year, and have, overall, been quite pleased. Sure, there have been the occasional hiccup. What service doesn't have them? But customer service has been extremely quick to respond to tickets, something you just don't see too often these days. The prices aren't bad, either. If you're looking for a hosted Minecraft server, you can't go wrong with Aim2Game.
So far, this host has been nothing less than amazing. The support is pretty much instant and they don't just give up on you if they can't figure it out - they keep trying. Honestly, after migrating from Exodus Hosting to Aim2Game, I was incredibly impressed. Exodus would take a full 24 hours just to tell us that they couldn't help us with something. With A2G, it's instant, and they care about their customers. Not to mention, they're affordable. They have a lot of really cool features and the panel is brilliant. I love it and cannot express enough how thankful I am for the amazing tech support, no matter how small or silly the issue may be. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great host.
I've posted in this thread before but it's worth stating again that this company has been nothing but great. They have been there every single time I messed something up and needed help. Upgrades, downgrades, and even a complete install of Attack of the B Team and Direwolf20...twice! The server is always up and running and accessible. If you're considering a host, look no further.
We've been hosting with A2G for the better part of 2 years now, and we've been decently satisfied with their service. The server is stable (Well, as stable as it can be considering what we put it through), and the package price we're paying is nice compared to others out there for a 25 slot server. The iron package is a great deal, as it includes MySQL server as well. Their support is VERY fast to respond from anything to "Where does this file go?" to "Oh Crap I just erased everything in my server folder, HALP!"
My only slight gripe is their billing support queue isn't monitored 24/7, however I can sort of understand this as I'm sure they have WAY less billing issues than they do technical issues.
We recently transferred server owners from one person to myself, and the transition was smooth. Updated personal info and off we went. No hassles or problems. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.
