As explained to you before if a live chat agent is speaking for more than a few people already you will get an automated message telling you to please open a ticket which is manned 24/7 it's not a simple task to try and live chat with multiple people even more so when half of the time you are dealing with kids requesting help often times it's a "Hello, hello are you there?" if they don't get a reply after 15-30 seconds of writing something.
Sure waiting 10 minutes sucks, I sure hope you never have to make a phone call in your lifetime as you'll find yourself waiting on hold for much longer in many cases.
I'd like to wish you the best of luck with whoever you went with and hope you sure don't have to wait more than 10 minutes for something in the future which by the way isn't a long time at all. If you look at some providers on here they wait days just for ticket replies from other hosts.

First I'd like to give you an apology I explained this in great detail to you via our support ticket system. We had some issues with our ticketing system being spammed and had to close tickets in our system this isn't a typical issue around here and we put some filters in place to prevent it from happening again.
