However, if you wish to get a server from us, just replace your order and we'll be sure to get that server out to you within 24 hours this time around or you can wait until our automation is complete (instant setup).

It took them longer than 24 hours to setup my server but they got it done under 48 hours. What did they do? They Gave me a month of hosting for free! They are a fairly new company and are still working out issues. Once they have automatic server setup that will make things much smoother. Then customers will receive instant satisfaction (which most people are used to today because of the internet).
Guys they are being true to their world and offering customers a full refund for unhappy customers or extra time if you be patient and stick with them.

However, I would like to upgrade my two gigabyte server to four or five, but it's taking forever for them to respond...i understand about the problems they're having with new customers, but i have been wanting this upgrade for a little over a month now

Considering this, really wish there was some option for Tekkit as we just wanted to try it all out. May still get a Bukkit server here though due to prices!

You can... however, I would not. With this host there are no discounts for paying more than one month at a time because their prices are already amazing.

My first server host, brohoster, the CEO just one day closed the company and everyone who worked there were out of jobs and most customers did not receive a refund, luckily I was on a monthly plan. It was a huge surprise to everyone because they were very successful company and had lots of supportive staff and thousands of customers.
I love this host so far but they are brand new and they may not be around forever. I only long term invest in companies that have been around at least 10 years, but that's my own opinion.

@ MAtt, I've heard a lot of good things about Minecrafted - It could just be an issue with the order panel or your payment didn't go through. i'd just contact them if you haven't already; it'll get taken care of eventually.
And just to throw my opinion in at your earlier question - I wouldn't pay for over 6 months at a time with gameserver or dedicated/virtual server hosting.

Well,you might wait about one week XD I don't know what are they doing right now but something is fishy because I one opened a support ticket about almost 2 weeks ago and still no answer and they haven't posted on the forum for a while !
