Well that clears up all my questions. I'm sorry for posting what I said earlier but as a possible customer I just like to know some things ahead of buying. These guys seem to know what they're doing and are vary polite.
On a side note, I've edited my post from before. :]
You had a fair question and a question we get e-mailed to us quite often. Glad to know you are now a customer of ours and look forward to your review :).

I can definitely tell you that these guys know their stuff. I started off buying a 2GB server, and later moved onto purchasing a dedicated server, and I've got to say that it is the most well spent money in a long time. I've had no negative experiences, service is as good as can be!
Big shoutout to Cheese5100 !! If you ever need help with your server ( Dedicated server aswell ), feel free to contact him! He has been a major help to my dedicated server since I barely knew any commands. He is so friendly and helpful, so if you have any problems feel free to contact him and he will happily help you! Note that he can set up stuff on Dedicated servers but anything that needs the host to do he cannot.
I've gotten my dedicated server and I've spoken to the support guys. They're nothing but helpful! I will leave my review in detail later once I've tried out the service fully. Currently installing some last minute things and then moving my community to my dedi. Great service so far.
I already asked this through an email, but thought I'd get faster reply if I posted it here.
Are all your servers located in the US, or is it possible to get a dedicated server from Europe?
I'd imagine you would have to be a custom quote, possibly more expensive.
In other news.
Our Vanilla Minecraft servers are now updated to 1.3. Just change your jar to the Optimized Minecraft Jar and restart your server. (There is no Bukkit update yet).
Feel free to test out 1.3 on our demo server (IP: Demo.Minecrafted.net) if you do not wish to upgrade your own server at this time.
So I have been Talking to a representative of this company on skype for the last 15 min and EVERY question i have asked has been answered and explained in full detail. Now iv been around the block with server hosts and by far these guys have topped them all iv been with 5 star rated companies and have never had the service i have received from these guys. The gentleman i spoke with was extrealy nice, very respectful, knowledgeable, and even willing to work with me on payments. if i could give these guys a score 1-10 id give them a 10 all around the board. If your looking for a Minecraft server or even a Dedicated server these guys are the answer. I will be Advertising them on my website. In the end im just glad im done searching for a proper server host.
We have added the Bukkit Dev (1.3.1) to our choice of server jars. So current customers can try out the dev builds until there is a beta build and recommended build.
Here is a review for one of their dedicated servers.
*** Out of 5
Price: 5
- $59 / month is an INCREDIBLE price for the specs of this dedicated server, you will not find anything like it
Support: 4
- The support is great they will help you out to the best of their ability hardware side. You do need to know how to run Linux and set everything up since it is unmanaged but for everything else you can get quick replies on skype.
Performance: 4
- The server was outstanding, for $59 you wont find similar specs. 16 GB of RAM, and a Xeon 3.0+ CPU allowed for unmatched performance. The reason it did not get a 5 is because the hard drive is slow, BUT you cannot get everything for such an incredible price this is well worth it. There was absolutely no lag, I put it to the test with TNT and it was able to recover from pretty intensive explosions.
Manageability: 5
- You get full access ssh, ftp, and a control panel. You can add custom jars if you would like including tekkit. The control panel comes in handy if the dedicated server ever freezes up, or causes any trouble you can do a remote reboot. Another neat feature is the ability to reinstall the OS at any time. Don't know how to use linux? Perfect opportunity to mess around. If you mess up just reinstall the OS. SIDE NOTE: Trust me I have my bachelors in IT after setting up a minecraft server on CentOS I recommend taking an intro to Linux class in college EASY CREDITS after that!
Overall: 4.5 / 5
Definitely recommend the dedicated servers from this company. If anyone ever needs help setting up their server shoot me a PM I would be glad to help.
Thank you for the awesome Dedicated Server review! Just to note the hard drive isn't "slow" per say, it's a 7.2k RPM enterprise grade hard drive. Of course for Minecraft server hosting it may seem on the slow side.
Do you have any promotion code ?, and the plan 2gb use bukkit?, how many people support?
We do not have any active promo codes right now. Yes, all of our Minecraft servers support Bukkit (the latest RB build, Beta build, and Dev build). Also, cannot answer how many players it holds since there are many variables involved, it really matters how many plugins you are using and which ones.
