Hello! I am the Lead Owner of Quantum Prison (Service: mc.QuantumPrison.org) and I have a great report! Today I want to ensure a quick little review for the host to notify before you apprehend buying this hosting service. I would also like to state that they have the cheapest hosting service out there. Any way, with out further to do, this host is by far good, it well examines the fact that nothing this low of a price can have better quality.
I would have to rate this 9.5 / 10. You might be asking why? Well for one reason, future plans. When more future plans are released I will be satisfied. Thanks for reading my short review,

Usually it is automatic but sometimes the Techs have to move things around to fit it in the node. Please file a service ticket if it is longer than 24 hours with Delayed Setup in the subject line.
Node36 was down for over 7 days in the last two weeks and this is not a rare occurrence. They did not notify me of the down time via e-mail and didn't respond to anything on their forums. When I submitted a ticket they replied to it saying it was a DDoS attack and I would not be charged for downtime but 2 days later I get a bill charging me for the downtime. I replied to their response to the ticket and they never said anything back, the ticket has been open for days now and no response from them. Horrible customer service. Horrible up time. Horrible host. I guess you get what you pay for.

1. Yes they are still active. The topic was started 3+ years ago and they can edit the subject line anytime.
2. It is usually best to have multiple servers connected via something like BungeeCord verses lots of memory because of cpu usage on a shared system.
3. No the price we charge is currently $1.99 GB of memory of course if you have a very large user base that use lots of resources it is recommended you get a dedicated server.
4. You would upload plugins using either Multicraft's FTP option or a stand alone 3rd Party FTP program. The auto plugin options broke when Bukkit had it's legal issues.

Zero customer service. No response to my ticket, didn't get a notification about the server ever getting setup. I was given another users account, which I had no access to. They have a no refund policy, which means if you spend anything, you won't get refunded. Put in a paypal dispute and it was deferred. Stay away from this company, worst experience i've ever had with a company. I guess they would have gone bankrupt with refunding me $1.40.
Thinking about this one. But I've been reading a lot of recent DDoS attacks and possible poor customer service when problems arose. How are things going on right now for those of you who have servers?
If anyone is interested in purchasing a server host, do not go with these guys. I only went with them for the seemingly low prices, but later regretted it immensely. Their support via ticket system is appalling, horribly slow and disgustingly low quality. Furthermore, you can't attempt to 'help yourself' as their knowledge base links and FAQ system is broken. Their user interface is literally un-appealing, it's like managing your server is a complete nightmare when going with these guys. Their dedicated IPs are way overpriced ($5 USD), it's no wonder they don't mention the cost of their dedicated IPs anywhere in their information pages, just to attempt to lure you in and suck your money dry. Never thought I'd say this in my life, but low cost does equal low quality.
The Web Site is currently under a DDos attack and we are working on getting it back up.

I bought a server from here, and the service says "Pending". How long does it usually take to get it up?
Are you looking for any Hosting Reps, Technicians or Server Support Staff?

Just bought 20 minecraft servers for bungee network from them, only $100 you can't get better from this
Already hit over 2500 players
I am seriously in need of a server host. I plan on making a huge multi hub server right now. So I got a few questions!
1. Are you still Active?
(This post was 4 years ago and it says 3 year anniversary making me a bit questioning)
2. For a multi hub server would I need to buy multiple servers or a single server with alot of memory?
3. Do you charge more for higher player counts? Such as 1000 Players - 10000 Players - 20000 Players
4.How would someone upload a plugin for your server?
(A bukkit search plugin or a drag and drop file, ect)
Thanks

I have used this host for all of my server needs. I strongly recommend them. You get a lot for your money, and their support is really good.
Node 51 has had lots of downtime in the past few days, right now as well. What's up?
Very nice looking pricing structure, guys. And now I know this Bungee Cord thing exists...
Anyone still playing Minecraft and running servers? If so these are some great prices!
I'm looking for a sponsorship http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/archive/hosting-requests/2597202-sponsorship-request-for-youtuber-40k-subs-10k

Absolutely do not recommend this host.
