I been with this server for a while and i not had 1 issue there support was top notch and fixed the issues that I was stuck on i reccomend these guys to you for cheap hosting on MC servers
I don't recommend using this host , they take forever to reply to support tickets. And lost of error for multicraft panel sometime server cant even start.
What a nightmare experience I have had. I will not be recommend this server service to anyone based off of my first three months of service.
I paid in full for two servers for a full year in January, a Minecraft server and an ARK server. I waited "in line" for a server space to become available for almost a week. After they "found my space" in line I had to wait more Days for them to set up my Minecraft server. Not only was the MC server set up in the wrong country (France) giving me a 200+ ping it would crash when 4 people logged in at the same time. The Ark server was set up within 10 days of purchase and also crashed constantly. Both servers were created and activated improperly.
I created tickets, waited patiently, and a month later still had problems. When I put in a ticket for issues of "crashing and I cant log in" I didn't expect to wait 3 days to be asked, "is this still a problem?", and then have to wait another 3 days, three times in a row. I even paid for their express ticket (additional 3$) which made this entire experience even more frustrating. I then asked for a full refund only to be told I could only get a refund if requested within 24 hours or purchasing(this took 9 days for a response).
So here I sit with an ARK server I will/have never used and a Minecraft server that has grieved my players to the point of playing elsewhere. Today I cant even log in due to its new error, "outdated server". So now I wait another 72+ hours for them to ask if this is still a problem or tell me to watch some unrelated video and that I fear wont solve anything.
I hope that this helps make a difference when someone is considering a shockbyte server service. Especially with the Valheim release.
1) Garbage servers for the price. For $2.50 per GB, You expect at the very least better quality servers. No, you don't. If you're paying $10 for a 4GB server you're better off buying a VPS which can give you 6GB and a dedicated virtual cpu that runs far better than whatever garbage ShockByte is using. It's a literal scam.
2) The console is glitchy at. Part of this is due to multicraft but part of it is due to how buggy and unresponsive the panel is. You literally have to refresh the page every minute so the console doesn't hang. It's atrocious.
3) Support is non existent. Been running a small smp with ShockByte for 3 months. Near the end of the third month I sent them a ticket asking whether the server files would be deleted if I missed payment for a few days since my paycheck got delayed. No response. 3 days later I missed the payment and my whole server got wiped out without any notice. I just logged on one day, it belonged to someone else and that was it. Server files gone, everything gone. Made them another ticket asking whether I could get the files back as I did make backups but I forgot to download them. Nothing. 2 weeks passed and I gave up.
Shockbyte is a terrible service, just horrendous. If you're going to get a hosting, use one that utilises pterodactyl panel. It's so much better I assure you. Multicraft panels are so slow and sluggish it's insane
I fell for these guys. Ticket support it taking 7 days or more. I just bought another server yesterday *AND* paid the 15$ for extra support and NOTHING. Live chat is COMPLETELY useless as they always tell me "Put in a ticket" even though the tickets on my other server with them go 7 days with no replies.

I'm currently very happy with ElixirNode. It's much cheaper. Might be worth a try so that you can compare
Horrible hosting. I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. Had the server for 3 weeks now and from those 3 weeks, 2 weeks it was offline cause of their fault.
Can't connect to daemon (111: Connection refused). Made tickets and talked in live chat they say they will fix it in 30 mins. Yeah be sure about that, they won't fix it in the next 2-3 days.
Don't be dumb like me, save your money and buy another hosting...
