I fell for these guys. Ticket support it taking 7 days or more. I just bought another server yesterday *AND* paid the 15$ for extra support and NOTHING. Live chat is COMPLETELY useless as they always tell me "Put in a ticket" even though the tickets on my other server with them go 7 days with no replies.
Hello, My name is jon i've been looking for a server host that fully supports bungeecord. the last host i used was scalacube when someone tried to connect to my server it says connection failed no further information. i would like to know how to fix it when i rent one of your servers.
Instant setup is not true and the chat log with one of the live chat reps to solve my purchasing twice mistake has been unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately, as our service has been insanely popular, we've even exhausted the supply of our providers. That said most clients are getting their servers within 12 hours with all of our customers getting their services within 24.
If you've been waiting over 24 hours or end up waiting longer than that period, let us know in a ticket so that we can look into it for you.

You can submit a cancellation request for your server in the client area under Services > My Services > Select the service you wish to cancel > Request Cancellation.
