When I was comparing this to my old server host (McProHosting) I noticed, Shockbyte is x4 Cheaper! I plan to transfer this Summer. Just one question, is there FTP Support?

We have two locations available - North America and Europe. Our North American servers are located in Montreal, QC, Canada and our Europe servers are in Gravelines, France. I noticed in another thread you were asking about file transfers from another host - we can do a direct transfer of your files from your previous host, free of charge. You'll just need to open a ticket with the request.
They have ignored my support ticket for days now, and have refused me a refund despite their 24 hour refund guarantee.
DISAPPOINTED to say the least. Will chargeback if they continue to ignore my support ticket.
If I'm referring to the correct ticket - your refund request was denied because your request was made outside the first 24 hours. We do offer refunds beyond this point, but generally only when there is an issue with the service. If you were having any issues, please respond to your ticket or open a new ticket so we can assist you.

I was accidentally billed twice because I had an automated payment set up on pp but forgot and manually paid as well. I was refunded within a week. Not sure why you are having so much trouble. Did you delete your shockbyte account?
Just bought a dedicated IP upgrade and plan upgrade, they didn't give the dedicated IP, my domain pointed towards some random server because of this, and they won't reply to support tickets and it's been one and a half days.
Terrible service.

Until then, NO ONE ELSE purchase from this host. They've stolen my money and are ignoring me now.
