What a joke. The server I got on was so laggy I wasn't even able to play. I see you guys are just Kimsufi resellers/users. Explains all the lag I guess... :sad.gif:

Have you tried to contact Justin or I via support ticket or live chat? We haven't received any tickets regarding any lag issues as of recent that haven't been due to issues with plugins or the crash exploit in CraftBukkit 1.1-R3.
If you have, could you provide a support ticket number?
We're looking at switching from Kimsufi technology to the standard OVH plans. ETA on that is unknown at the time, but a good possibility to be happening soon.

Also, using/reselling Kimsufi means absolutely nothing. If you know how to manage and administer a machine like a Kimsufi, they're perfect. Besides, we currently run over 200 concurrent servers with virtually no reports of lag whatsoever.

i saw other host threads that uses kimsufi, always some people mentioning how bad kimsufi is
why do ppl hate "kimsufi", im not a hoster though just courious lol...
Sorry about that, we were performing some maintenance on our web node to fix a few issues, which in turn temporarily disabled the USA control panel. Everything should be operating as normal now.

Haha, thank you. We've forgotten to update this topic as of late, and I'll try to have one of our employees manage this thread from here on out.
We have recently introduced web hosting to the public, and will also try to have some new USA dedicated plans available from Chicago, Illinois.
We have ordered a new USA node in Pheonix, Arizona from PheonixNAP and will continue to order new nodes from there for our USA provider.

We currently do not, sorry. We're waiting for the node to be available to us; we've pre-ordered it and have been notified we'll receive it by April 3rd, which giving us one day to setup and test the E3-1230 properly, will have our servers available by April 4th.
We're aware of this and will be updating the image as soon as possible. Our graphics designer currently does not have access to the PSD for the image in the first post, making it a little bit harder to update. Thank you for notifying us.

Now i have stopped hosting here, not because they are laggy or bad. But because i have found a host in my country so my players will get the best ping.

Absolutely amazing. I bought the Wood package with 6 extra slots and 1 GB extra RAM. The server runs unbelievably smooth with 20 players on at the same time with plugins!!!

We plan on having Phoenix servers available tonight or tomorrow; we're currently setting up the new node and are testing some new configurations.

We resell our dedicated servers from OVH's Kimsufi, yes.
We do not however sell Minecraft servers on Kimsufi anymore.
If you have issues with that, you are welcome to take your business elsewhere.
