Those details are standard throughout the web with purchasing and whatnot. It's the same with PayPal, Google Checkout, Newegg, etc. We require this information just as much as any other provider does so we can prevent fraud, use of other peoples credit cards/debit cards, PayPal, etc. All hosts ask for these details for security and legal reasons, basically.

To update your server to 1.1, simply delete "craftbukkit.jar" or "minecraft_server.jar" in your jar folder, with the server off first. Then start up the server and allow it to copy over the latest server files.

Setup is normally instant, however there was a problem with your order being processed automatically due to a lack of a IP address on a node that it tried to set you up on. We provisioned you to our fifth node and all went well. We received a notification via email and fixed it. This problem will not occur again.

Performance :
I'm using like 30ish plugins and McMMO, LogBlock, Falsebook are on my list. Those are really heavty plugins.
I got like 24 - 30 players averaging throughout the day. I got 4 worlds loaded in my server.
My server NEVER lags. It always running smoothly even though the CPU and RAM usage peaked at 100%.
Before transfering my world to cubedhost, me and some of my players doing some TNT party, we exploded thousands of TNT at one time, and it only lags our FPS. But it never lags the server.
Uptime : My server always up, its only down if i restart or shut it off.

Support is great too. Bill E. is an amazing guy, he even made some apointments with me to do files transfering.
I would reccomend this to any server owner. This is a deal you can't pass up !
Especially if you live in south east asia, or europe. The location, France is perfect. I got great ping there and my players too !
Great server host I was with for the past month. GREAT service. They were down part of a day once, and extended the service by a day. Staff is awesome too. Easy to use control panel. No lag. Cheap. Anything that you would ever want.

Alright, its been a month now, and I'm really satisfied. I've had a total of 0 crashes in 1 month, and there's really no lag at all. I recommend.
Happy to hear it has been working pretty well for you. We don't do maintenance without prior contact of the customer unless the issue is an emergency, thus making our downtime minimal. Thank you for your review :smile.gif:

We've just ordered our US node. We hope to have this up by the weekend, but delivery date is two business days. Todays business day is over, we'll see when we get the node (Friday or Monday), I suppose.
Also, our European dedicated servers will soon get a new interface for their dedicated servers, custom coded for simplicity.

Amazing server hosting. Very cheap prices, and wonderful customer support. It doesn't matter what issue you have; the support team will help you fix it. I had many problems with plugins, but they helped me with everything

I expect to have the US nodes up and running by Monday.
Prices will not be the same as we have to pay a lot more here in the US than we do in France. Pricing information will be released the day of US nodes being available.
