Thank You for the quick response:) But I don't compleatly understand. When I purchase a server from you do you use the server I already have? Because I already have a bukkit server and I am just trying to get it hosted. Do you use my bukkit server folder? or Do you start a new world and plugins automaticly? And do you need to use That Multicraft that is in the video? I would appreciate it if you could answer these questions.
Thank You,

When you purchase a server from us, our system automatically creates a brand new server with only the default files on it. If you want to upload files from your own computer, you are free to do so, but I would recommend using an external FTP client such as FileZilla.
Hi there, I recently (like today) started a server but I'm very confused as how to give my MC account OP privileges and upload a custom world. Could someone please clarify how to do so?

To op yourself, please go to your Multicraft panel, click on "Console" on the left, and type "op MinecraftName" and hit send.

Hello, I was considering about purchasing a 1GB server from your host, but I sometimes hear that 1GB isn't enough to hold 32 people.
The server I would want to have is a whitelisted vanilla server with auto-save, so no plugins. I suppose that might help hold more players?
I am hoping for a reply,
Junk
1GB should be enough to hold 32 players, but it all depends on what the players are doing in-game. If they are walking/flying around, causing the terrain to generate more, you may need more RAM.
I'm seriously considering renting a server on a node run by CubedHost. I've had a read through the responses on this forum topic, but can't find an answer to this question:
Will I be able to use the Bukkit plugin called 'VoxelSniper' on a server I rent from you?
Also, how does the RAM I choose for my server affect its performance? I'm considering 0.5 GB RAM- will this be enough to run without any lag?
Thanks,
KROSE
Yes, VoxelSniper is allowed on our servers.
The amount of RAM is one of the main factors in running a Minecraft server. If you are planning to use VoxelSniper and have a few players on at the same time, I would recommend 1GB+. Although it may work with 512MB, it is usually not optimal.
Once your server is started once, it should not stop unless you or another admin stop it, a plugin misbehaves, or if your server runs out of RAM.
I would recommend submitting tickets instead of replying to this thread since we can not look up any information specific to your server on the forums, and tickets usually receive a faster response.
Where do I find my reply on the support ticket because it's not in the email.
P.S
Sorry for the constant posts.
I don't exactly understand your question.
You can either go to "My Support" in the billing/client area and go to your ticket from there, or go straight to the ticket from the link inside the confirmation email you received after initially creating your ticket.

So can your server have an automatic save-all system without plugins?
I had a server with CubedHost when they first started. I kept my server for a little while because I was using it to test my plugins for my actual server. Their support was amazing, fast, and fixed any problem I had quickly. I had absolutely no lag when I was importing things with WorldEdit. This is a good group of people providing an excellent service. I sure hope to see you in the official hosting section on the forums in the near future!
Hi, I ordered a dedicated server yesterday and it's still pending.
How long do I have to wait / what should be the next thing I do?
Hi there,
Dedicated servers can take up to 48 hours to process. I've processed two dedicated server orders, and are awaiting final setup (operating system installation) on the systems. Once this is done, and if Multicraft was requested, Multicraft is setup, then released to you.
Test Server Was Brilliant, Specially it being hosted in france and getting a brilliant FPS and Chunk Updates from the middle of England
Definitely Going to Open up a server with you guys, specially topping it off when I was using possibly the worlds slowest computer getting an average of 35 FPS and 23 Chunk updates. Probably the best server host i've seen since you could get a minecraft server host. Keep up the Great work!!
Glad to hear our demo has proven to work well for you
Please let us know if you have any questions!

Alright time for my review I have gone through several of the top-name hosting services such as Avante hosting, Beastnode, etc. Avante hosting had terrible support overall. Beastnode had pretty good support, but you were lucky to have a reply within a day. I was browsing around "MineCraft hosts" on Google, and Cubedhost was one of the sponsored options. They had a pretty clever name so I decided to give them a look, and from their clean website layout, to easy server customization, they had me at first glance. I needed a fast support system, as the server I run can be pretty plugin-heavy, and can cause a lot of problems. Their *LIVE* support team was online and instead of bothering them, I created a ticket inquiring the different protections like DDoS protection and what-not. They replied within hours. Their DDoS protection is pretty standard, all you have to do is create a ticket and they will deal with it from there. What Beastnode could offer in support for in a day , I had a full-blown conversation with support, several different tickets with several different issues. All were answered within 3-4 hours. With step-by-step instructions and kind words no matter how stupid I sounded. Their support has been phenomenal, their *LIVE* support is on in the middle of the day, and I couldn't ask for anything better. When I asked what the CEO Bill Ewing's secret to such an awesome support and kind staff was, he replied "
Haha, I suppose we're awesome because we give people what we'd want from a host."
I don't think there could have been a better answer. I have had a problem with plugins lagging the server pretty bad so I submitted a ticket. After a couple hours or two, Bill Ewing offered me an upgrade to one of the newer computers. I now have one of the top servers I could get for 24$. Top-notch service, kind staff, quick tickets, and clean game panel, AND don't forget that when you buy a server that is worth more than 10$ ( I believe? ) All you have to do is submit a ticket asking for a free web hosting service. All you have to do is buy a domain ( 2 -5 $ ) and they will take it from there. I could not be happier with this hosting service.
Thank You,

That's because it wasn't answered at the time.
We aren't robots. We need time to investigate the issue and respond accordingly.

So can your server have an automatic save-all system without plugins?
Zombie Pigmen are my beloved bitches.
That's correct.
The control panel we use, Multicraft, automatically sends a 'save-all' to the server every 5 minutes.

Cory Bailly
Thank you for the fast reply.
I will consider about purchasing a 1 GB server from you guys.
But just one more quick question:
How easily can the server become unstable when there's only about 7 players online at a time?
Zombie Pigmen are my beloved bitches.
9/10
A server with 7 players online should not become unstable at all unless there are issues with the node or your plugins are out-of-date.
If that does happen with us, please submit a support ticket and we'll look into it right away.
