Our minecraft group used this service for a week. Here how it went.
We went ahead and order a 3GB server. Looked over everything and it seemed fairly normal. We get our Email and Try to log into our Control panel, This did not happen for nearly a day, took 2 Tickets with the response of You can now access it, to one of us finally having to live message them for a real response and solution.
You pay $.99USD for set up, as a group we had to set it up ourselves after waiting nearly a day for access to the server's control panel. and still Nothing they said was set up was actually done. we had to fully load our own Mods, and do the time ourselves.
They Claim full root access, If this where the case they wouldn't limit you to 10 players only with an option to upgrade the players, having used other servers service's we where able to manually change player limit. We also could not request correct memory management, insisting 250MB was minimal for the OS. so we never received the Full 3GB we ordered.
While on the server(including OS memory) with just 2 people there system was telling us about 55% of our memory was in use, aprox 1400MB per person. This would not do as we have around 20 to 30 people who we play with. Once again they could not explain this nor would give us the correct access or help required. Having had other server services used before we barely touched 200 per players before making the move.
Customer service felt as if we're dealing with a Child, When confronted about issues we're having it ended up with them not using the General "Customer is always right" to "Customer doesn't know what he's talking about" this did not fly. Last set of Tickets turned into a argument of them not wanting to refund our money, Stating we saw a TOS which is not Directly linked to there sight, Nor any legal markings on the site. In order resolve this we had to contact PayPal and file a dispute and escalate the dispute over a matter of $30.99 USD. We also had to file a complaint with the FTC and the BBB.
The company claims to be No BS hosting. If this were the case we would have stayed in the issues where addressed and not in a childish manner. instead our overall experience with them left us with a bad taste in our mouth, Having not listened to the customer, having to put 3 tickets in(including online live chat) and treating us as we're just don't know what we're doing. Strongly urging anyone who is considering them to look else where for there server needs.

Let me clear up the confusion of your dis-satisfaction.
For setup, you get a panel automatically. There may have been a glitch with the panel starting up, but you were never not given a panel in the first place. The setup includes having a minecraft control panel with an account, FTP access, SSH access, and MySQL. It does not involve setting up mods for you. If you wanted a modpack installed manually, you could have requested via ticket.
For memory, you got what you paid for. You paid for memory based on the VPS, not based on what the HEAP size in minecraft is set to. We set the HEAP to slightly less than the VPS quota for performance reasons, but you could easily change or request that to be changed. VPS's DO take a bit of memory for OS, but if your using mods, then you will likely need a lot more ram to hold more people.
For root access, it was sent via email along with the rest of your information. Records of emails sent out are kept as well so you can find them in your account even if you didn't get them in your inbox. You appear to have GMAIL, which loves to drop everything from us to SPAM, so I advise you to look. You even get access to SolusVM, a VPS management panel and an emergency terminal if SSH screws up.. As for slot limit, even with root access, its not really possible to bypass this as Multicraft and McMyAdmin are commercial panels that set this on-the-fly. You would be forced to use Craftbukkit-based servers and SpaceBukkit which has no commercial restrictions. We however never limited you ourselves as you DID control everything via root.
For customer service/legal, we have our "Terms of Use" on our site footer, which is our TOS. You accepted the TOS on order. We have no B.S. hosting, and sorry you had issues. In this case all information WAS given, but either went to spam or was overlooked.
We also explained all of this via tickets as well. We are not at fault here, and all you needed to do was ask for assistance on an issue rather than go and cancel. Based on records, you opened 1 ticket regarding the McMyAdmin panel glitching which got resolved. Everything else you never asked for assistance on.
Again I apologize for your frustrations, and we are more than willing to work with you in the future to resolve any issue should you use our services in the future.

GREAT hosting, Recently switched to them, their deals are a lot better then what I've had before, the server runs so smooth, and the connection is great, my server is in Dallas and my staff member from Adelaide Australia gets a 250MS ping which is not bad at all.
Not only that but you get FULL control over your server and the option for 3 different control panels which is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking! If you find a host cheaper, then chances are they quality matches the price, at least that's from my experience. Their support is very helpful and friendly too.

My Review for this hosting company: Live Chat/Support: Their support is great, amazing and excellent(allmost all lol). Friendly because when they will treat you like their bestfriend or friend like they make jokes sometimes(if ever say that they are not that good coz they joke around its a big false coz their joking while doing their job properly), and they give me also a advice to make my server better so all in all 10/10 Server Quality: Excelent since i haven't experience any lag issues and errors so all in all 10/10 Website: Website is decent looking, its not a best looking website but its ok since its easy to use so its better to have simple website than having cool website looking that makes it complicated so all in all 8/10 Pricing: Average price it may seems to be expensive if you look in other host but its ok since their server quality is good and worth it so all in all 9/10
