Sorry we cannot accept mail of that kind... It is also not recommended to ever send money via mail. We only offer trials to people who want to test out our service before they buy. Meaning we'd only offer them if we believe you are interested, unfortunately you have stated that you could not pay with the payment methods we offer therefore we cannot offer you a trial.
Are you gonna get more US servers? And also, would I be able to use FileZilla with this service? I don't really like the Multicraft FTP.
We're ordering a new US node this week, I'll announce on twitter when it's setup and stock is available. You can use Filezilla using the FTP login information that multicraft provides.
Im new to the whole server hosting, but from searching the forums yours would appear to be the cheapest so I am thinking of getting the 3GB package. Was just wondering how easy it is for me to get pluggins like Factions, Mcmmo and world borders on my server, and would this cost me any more? And how long would it take to add a pluggin. Please can you set me up with a free trial of the 2 slot server and I will get back to you by the end of the month. Also what is the uptime for your servers? I asume 24/7? Please reply as soon as possible

The plugins are very easy to install and if you can't install them for some reason we will help you along the way. Please email [email protected] for a 3 hour trial and uptime is 24/7 apart from the 2-5 minute maintenance at the end of the month.
Im looking at the 3Gb pack and considering ordering today.
As my server is going to be donator run, will i need to pay at the begining or the end of each month?
Also how long will it take to set up?
And will i have full control and customisation of the pluggins i add?

Rather than say 3GB package please refer to their names such as Bronze and Silver as some people may get mixed up with the RAM and Hard drive.
As soon as you pay on a specific date such as today for example you'd then have to pay next months on the same day (27/12/2011), and so on.
You have full control of your server and plugins etc, setup is automatic once you've paid.

Our website is not down, it was moved to a different server today and therefore if you've visited our site before your browser would point to our previous IP.
u site is down, the client area is down, i tryied logging from other pcs, dosetn workt either, removed all coookies, asked friend and he couldnt open site.
Think u guys making changes, so please tell me, want to be sure hehe :biggrin.gif:
