What's the best way to contact you regarding something not necessarily technical or sales related? Maybe there's a simple tutorial you can recommend for someone who wants to properly maintain a server like mine? I appreciate your time and level of customer service so far.

Actually just feel free to open a support ticket about this. I have no problem answering questions like this in tickets and it's easier for me to keep track of :smile.gif: I'm also working on a tutorial similar to what you are looking for. It should be online later today or tomorrow.

i was banned from tango.mymcserver.com but i diddnt do anything, some guys at shool framed me for a joke and then complained about the "griefing" until cyprius banned me. is there a way i can have some sort of appeal? much help appreachiated. thx

Send me a pm about this please. Also please keep in mind tango.mymcserver.com is just our test server for prospective clients so I wouldn't invest too much time there.

Trying to stay a bit neutral here, but I could recommend this host. Dave has a great reputation here on forums and I'm about moving from 123systems to this host. The price is great for performance, I'd say best price for your value. Compared to others such as Hetzner.de (dedicated servers), MyMcServ and AllGamer, I'd go with this.

The idea that you can get full SFTP and SSH access and at the same time a managed service for free (Someone else fixes your problem if you run out of skill) is great. No support ticket madness and waiting for a hour to change one setting.

Compared to MyMcServ which offers FTP and their custom panel which doesn't allow custom plugins, this is a good choise. What Dave sent me for the results, their disk I/O speed is ~80MB/s or more.

EDIT: Forgot, MyMcServ allows custom plugins through FTP.

In the first days, I doubt this host though. They were reselling too and the website felt strange. Improvements have been made a lot and this is my choise, I'm moving to you this month.
