I registered after seeing this topic so i could write a review.
I literally 5 minutes ago just cancelled my account on allgamer do to my server being more trouble than its worth. The server was down more than it was up and the support is extremely slow and rarely ever helps. I personally have owned quite a few servers on quite a few diffrent games and have yet too see a sadder hosting company.

Oh, okay... I just planned to setup it today, but it seems like it won't be installed until tomorrow... But, in the meantime, I want to know: firstly, is it possible to use MySQL (because some commands on MCForge won't work without MySQL database), and, secondly, how can I change my server properties? I mean, can I upload my own server.properties and other files?
I believe your server is already setup. It has a MySQL database already configured for you.
You can upload that via SFTP.

Im not that good at all these things, but now I'm reading all these game server hosters and out of all AllGamer look best. I have been running an MC Server for about 2 weeks now, I have an average of 4 people playing, its ok to me. But I wonder if I order the Advanced plan from AllGamers how does it all work, does my server stay as it is now with all the settings/plugins and the rest and get transferred to AllGamer or does it start a new fresh server with a new map?

The server has 8 plugins and is running on SimpleServer Wrapper with Bukkit as an alternate .jar. All the plugin cofigs are setup, all the permissions... Everything works, even now as I'm writing this the server is up and running with 4 people playing so I'm happy with it, but some people have some lag and I don't like to have my PC running every 2 nights, want the server to be 24/7. So if I just take my server folder "MC Server" and .zip it, that will be good for you to just run? And another question will I have full access to all the server files? So I can delete or add any plugins or change permissions at any time because I have never experienced McMyAdmin? And btw, the server is cracked, don't know if that means anything to you, you run any server even if it's in "online-mode=false"? Btw, if I do order I will probably go for the Basic plan, how many player slots can I have with the Basic plan?

LOL, might sound stupid but, what can I write for the Hostname and the NS1, NS2 prefixes?
