Hello, I am writing this to help my friend in need. He lost/forgot his Minecraft account's Email and therefore can't access his Realm anymore. The thing is, the payments are still charging automatically, which means his money keeps going to waste towards a realm he doesn't have access to anymore. He sent an email to Mojang explaining the situation which, after a long wait, lead to nothing. He then contacted his bank to try and block the payments which was also inconclusive. They couldn't do anything. We tried multiple ways to retrieve the email, by going on multiple softwares where he could have used it, but unfortunately, this research was also inconclusive. He also tried the "forgot email" service, but it is an old account, therefore he doesn't remember the answers to the questions they are asking (The account's name, the people he sent emails last and what the emails were about). We went through forums and found a guy who was in a similar situation, but he was told that there was nothing anyone could do for him and we really hope this isn't actually the case for my friend. He tried to use his phone number, but since Mojang merged with Microsoft, they don't make calls to provide the verification code anymore, it only works by text message. The thing is, it is a house phone number. Which means, it doesn't have a message box. He is now lost and doesn't know what to do as no one seems to be able to help him.
