What I like to do is just build a base and expand it drastically. The styles range from underwater, to underground, to above ground, to skybase, but they all serve the same purpose, and thats to support a player with infinite resources within their base structure.
My next plan is an underground structure. I'm thinking a simple fallthrough doorway that opens to something massive. Like a buried cathedral or something.

I like to build out custom projects (Hobbit Hole house, modern city and medieval castle area, etc), work on creating shops in a community area and keeping them stocked.
What you like to do in Minecraft: I like to see progress happening to myself and to other people in the realm. I sometimes work on big projects (such as terraforming huge chunks of land).
Plans on projects: depends on what has already happened/ what I feel like needs to be planned until I see the world in the realm. I've had experience in a big realm before but that was a while ago.
