Infected/Deadlyfe is a humans vs zombies pvp minigame (originally a plugin)
The goal is to survive as human for 5 minutes, while zombies track down humans and kill them. When a human dies, they become a zombie, regardless of what killed them. Humans may not attack other humans, and same goes for zombies. I have to specify this because I can't do anything about friendlyfire since there are rank teams (that show your rank with a prefix) also, the weapons are modified to have high speed, so you can spam click.
There are several other things about the minigame and it would be too much to get into full detail, so I'll just briefly explain it:
Ranks: Ranks determine your items as human, depending on your experience level. The higher your level, the better gear you get. Max rank is SgtMaj, or level 130.
Prestige: Basically ranks but for zombies, when you reach 130 you can do "/trigger rankup set 1-10" to rankup to the next prestige level.
Killstreaks: There are 2 types of killstreaks, one for humans and one for zombies. Human killstreaks start at 5, they're announced in chat as "Roflstomps" killstreaks will give you items to survive longer, such as a snowball that when thrown at zombies blinds and slows them for a few seconds, or a golden apple to restore your health. Zombies start at 3 and get items to help them kill humans, such as an egg that poisons humans for 5 hearts, or a fermented spider eye that withers them for about 2.5 hearts if they're close enough to you.
Menu: The Menu is essentially like the menus you see in servers where you right click to open stuff, but instead it's placing in your offhand (you can just press F on the item) there are cosmetics, rewards to claim and other neat stuff to look at.
Advancements: I've made 4 custom advancement packs for this minigame. One for playtime, one for ranks/prestige, and one for general advancements (called accomplishments) completing ones in accomplishments will give you specific things, tasks will give you 10 EXP, challenges give 20 EXP and ultra challenges give you 50 EXP. Others will unlock cosmetics for you to use.
Issues:
Please keep in mind if you join that this can be unstable at times. Mostly visual but occasionally the custom death messages don't display properly, often saying "player, player killed !" instead of "player killed player!" we're not sure how it happens but, we've been looking into it for around 2 weeks. It's a strange one, we can't seem to figure it out and have remade the system numerous times... I did however, notice that the death scoreboard occasionally doesn't reset when someone dies, which is odd since it does every other time... Anyways, none of this is game breaking.
Rules:
• Don't use hacks/modded versions. Optifine is allowed, though.
• No Boosting, alone or not, it's not allowed.
• Don't be rude or offensive to others.
• Don't flood/spam the chat.
• Don't kill your own teammates.
• Don't XP avoid. (logging when about to die)
• No feeding, if you're caught both will be punished.
• Do NOT break the game intentionally. You will most likely be removed.
• No teaming, it causes problems.
• Do not let people purposely win (afk, teaming, etc)
• Do not attempt to break the Menu
• Don't purposely let people get advancements.
• Don't purposely kill Wolves as a human.
• Don't combat log to gain invincibility frames.
• Don't suicide as human on purpose.
• Don't target players.
