The world was started in march and on the 1.13.2 update, but join now and you can be part of a future reset. That will probably not happen any day soon, but there is still a lot of unexplored land to check out, and we get 1.14 features really close to spawn. A reset will probably not happen until Mojang has a stable version of 1.14.
