So I had this issue along with many others, where Realms would give an invalid session error, but upon closing the game and relogging, it would still persist with the same error. However I could still connect to regular servers. This is either a bug with the Realms servers, or with the game.
To fix it, I opened up 'realms_persistence.json' in the .minecraft folder, and changed the boolean value at the end from false to true. I then opened up my launcher, signed out and signed in again (just to be safe, I'm not sure if this is necessary) and it was fixed.
It seems that something causes Realms to occasionally stop recognising new session IDs being issued, and this method forces it to re-evaluate the session ID.
can you thoroughly explain how to changed the boolean value. i found the file and i saw it as false (i too am having this issue) and i couldn't change it i tried everything could you please help me ??

You clearly didn't read the first paragraph of the post.

Open it with notepad or if you have notepad++ installed, use that instead.
