About our Realm:
Our realm aims to bring together players who work for a living and play to relax. We are a community of players who work together to build up our realm as well as build our own projects, because nobody wants to play alone. Currently we have several large projects in the works consisting of community projects as well as solo ones.
Most players on our server play between the times of 5PM CST to 1am CST on weeknights as well as rotating times on the weekends. Our means of communication is mainly Discord and while it is not required it is strongly encouraged that players use it. As such our realm is 25+ years of age only and it goes without saying that the content in our Discord is for adults only. As most of us are from either the US or the UK English is our primary language spoken. Below is a basic list of our servers rules, amenities, and community projects;
Basic Rules for the Server:
No stealing
No Spamming
No Advertising
No Trolling
No OP requests
Be Respectful to other Players
No destroying/changing/touching someones build unless you have direct consent from them.
Must build at least 100 blocks away from spawn as this is where the future shop district will be placed.
No PvP outside of designated areas
No Unfair play
No Stealing of Rules Signs
No Large TnT Ignitions
Use Common Sense When Building near other players.
No Items will be restored ever, under any circumstance, this includes glitches, lag, and dumb mistakes.
Ask for help, avoid excessive deaths.

1 Person Sleep with bed kick feature
End Dragon drops Elytra (in the works)

What Kind of builder are you?: You could say I'm an apprentice builder, I know my way around on how to make a builds look good.
What are your average hours of play?: Have only just come back to playing MC, but in the past day I've played almost half the day and I use to play on average around 6 hours a day, really looking for a server to get some motivation to play again.
What is your age?: 23 (Slightly under the age requirement, but I believe that I've lived past my years)
What region of the world do you live?: I live in the United States of America! More specifically, I live in Texas (born and raised).
What Kind of builder are you?: I'm not the best builder in the world by any means, but I have a strong preference in building farms for the community to use!
What are your average hours of play?: For the time being, I am able to play quite a lot. Ranging anywhere between 6-12 hours a day. (This is not specifically dedicated to Minecraft, but these are times I'm on the computer during the day.) Being a full-time college student during my last semester of college, I am soaking up my last few months of "freedom" before entering the "real world"
I would love to join up with y'all, and make some good friends.

Notes: I have been playing Minecraft since InfDev and have always loved it. I've been apart of a few communities over the years, but as time passes, most of the players move to other servers or quit MC all together. I have never played on a Realm before and it is definitely something I would love to do. Working with others on MC is one of my favorite pastimes.

PS: I know you said 25+ but if you were in my shoes, would you not still have attempted? Plus I can guarantee that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
