I'm new here, and I joined this forum because (A): I love Minecraft, and (B): I'm looking for some awesome players to help populate my Minecraft Realm.
Which brings me to the point of this thread. I am looking for some awesome, respectful players with huge imaginations and a knack with minecraft blocks to help me build a minecraft realm!
My realm currently has two players, because I don't know anyone else who plays Minecraft. I am also wary of asking people I don't know to join my realm, mostly because the general populace of the internet is complete scum who would gladly TNT all of our hard work. BUT- I'm willing to go out on a limb here, mostly because running a realm is expensive for only 3 people. I want to make it more worth while, by adding skilled artists and minecraft gamers to help bring my realm to life. Obviously the majority of the people on this forum are not the type who would destroy someone's hard work, so there you have it.
A bit about my realm- Its base is the Erebor recreation that an excellent build team created, which has been floating around the internet for a while. While that awesome construction is a big part of the realm, the world is much, MUCH bigger than that, and me and my two cousins are currently building some really fun projects, taking our creativity to the max.
One of my fellow players is currently constructing Laketown from the Hobbit, in the same location as it would be (as seen in the movies) in relation to Erebor itself.
My other cousin and I are constructing a series of minigame projects, starting with a minigame we call "Castle Defense". This minigame focuses around a large realistically designed medieval castle, sitting on the edge of a dark, thick forest. I will be sharing pics of this project in the creative mode section, for those who are interested.
The objective of the Castle Defense minigame is to defend the castle against attacks in the night. The winner of the minigame is the player (or players) who can survive 2 nights in the castle, and on the third night, during the night, enter the forest. Reaching the center of the forest, the player must solve the riddle of the ancient ruins deep among the trees, enter the ancient temple, climb to the very top, and light the two lamps. The forest is extremely dark and thick, and if a player were to stray from the narrow stone path winding through the trees, they would become hopelessly lost, and would most likely be killed by the creatures which inhabit the forest. Here's the kicker: During this minigame, the gamemode will be set to Survival: Hard. Resources will be provided in the castle, what you do with them is up to you.
The second minigame in progress is called "The Labyrinth". It is a massive pyramid/tomb, containing a huge, dark maze. The objective of this minigame is to enter the maze, and reach the tomb at its center. There will be an objective at the center of the maze, which the player will have to figure out. This will also be set on hard, survival mode, and the player will have nothing but a sword and a torch. Another kicker: The maze will be pitch black, and filled with randomly placed creeps.
Any players who are interested will be given mod rights in order to build creations of their own. The rules are obvious and simple, Don't build on, change, or destroy anyone else's creation without their permission. If you see something someone has built, feel free to explore and enjoy it, but don't do anything to it.

Hi there, my name is Aaron and I'd like to become part of the build team, since I know a lot about building and I'm an experienced player because I've played since version 1.5.2. Unfortunately I can't show my creation/work because I don't know how to upload images, I can whoever make a example build if you'd like to see what I can do. My main talent is with rustic and natural looking builds and I have some experience with redstone.

I think griefing and trolling is really stupid, and i wont do it a lot. (I wont grief at all though.)
I'm pretty versatile in all areas but survival. To be COMPLETELY honest though, i kind of lost my sense of creativity. But when i join the realm, maybe i get inspired again? Anyways... I used to improve my building skills every day, until i lost my interest for Minecraft for like 8 months. Joining a realm could possibly spark my mind again. I don't know how, but i know i will contribute in the realm in some way. Sorry if the apply is cheesy or weird in any way, i don't know how to explain it without sounding desperate ( Which i kind of am... )
