Hi I have a question

I bought my realms and started playing with it 3 days later today, I was playing in the morning and I was on for 153 minutes then realms went down. Later today I went on when it was working and all my 153 minutes of hard work was gone! I loaded the latest save but it doesn't have it! What do I do!?
